Terrible, there were three people loitering outside when we pulled in. I never had the opportunity to try Jack in the Box and wanted to get some before leaving Vegas. I know there's homeless people wherever you go so I didn't let the few hanging around the exterior door stop me from obtaining my JIB goal. Once we entered the store we noticed that there were a few more likely homeless possibly drug using inhabitants of the restaurant. No patrons, just these people hanging out. It was around 4pm on a Sunday. After placing our order we were informed that the soda machines were all out of syrup. Not to worry though, the team leader was going to borrow some from another location and should be back shortly. So with our food we sat and waited on our beverages. During that period of time I witnessed 2 drug transactions in the hallway to the bathroom. A guy firing up a homemade tattoo gun (I don't know why, didn't see him use it on anyone, maybe he was showing it off to his buddies?). Many of these people loitering in the store would approach the counter for refills of water, plastic silverware, etc. So the staff had to know they were there. I honestly felt unsafe just sitting in the restaurant with my family. As soon as the team leader made it back with the syrup for the soda fountain and we received our drinks we hightailed it out of that place. Moral of the story, I would like to hope that not all Jack in the Box restaurants are this bad, maybe one day I'll be fortunate enough to find another one and give it a second try. Read moreToday August 3 at roughly 6:15 PM I go to the store the kid that’s the cashier not only takes a minute to answer me, but I ordered a combo with an extra sandwich and I get to his window and I pay him the order then he demands me to go park. I only asked kindly how long do you know the ETA because I am in my lunch not only he was unprofessional and rude, but he says I don’t know you ordered too much food. Go park. I tried being polite and say I cannot park. I’m in my lunch break. Please give me an ETA at least… well you order a lot of food like I said so go park ur making my times go up being aggressive so I tell him you know what thank you I’ll just take my refund and he gave me my refund back with an attitude. I understand sometimes you have to park customers, but the way your employees ask is not the correct way when they are being rude and entitled ur a cashier not a dad so please be more polite and take your job serious because it’s your customers that pay for your paycheck thank you…. Plus just so you only I only ordered one combo and an extra sandwich I’m sure there’s been orders way bigger then that. It’s a fast food last time I checked. Inside was not busy with 3 ppl eating and the drive thru had a few cars but was moving quickly. the employee taking orders was dismissive and no one greeted us when we came in or at the counter. We had to ask if someone could help us with a question about website deals and let them know the website was not working correctly. He was not knowledgeable about anything and didnt/could direct us to someone who could answer our questions. None of the employees were inviting or pleasant. We had to call the employee back to place our order again this time in person. He didn't offer to take our order when we had issues placing a delivery/pickup from the web site and the restaurant did not honor the deals or have some of the food offered on the web site or the mobile orders only draws when we placeing the order for delivery the website had an error, so we changed to pick up. We tried to place the online order while we walked there but it wouldn't go through. Even after repeating the order back to us the order was wrong. Our took longer than ppl who came in and ordered more than 5 mins after us. We got shorted on the number of curros but 2.
