Manny and Louise made our Kobelli experience AMAZING. A year ago my other half bought a custom designed elongated cushion cut engagement ring with the help of Louise. He was reassured by actually talking to Louise and coordinating each detail to surprise me. We live in Hawaii so this was not a small feat. When they were discussing details Louise suggested a wedding band that might work, but he decided to wait so I could be apart of the process. Fast forward to this year, a year later. We were in Long Beach for a trip so we decided to drive up to LA and check out some wedding bands. We came in around 9:30am. Louise had my engagement ring cleaned, had a wedding band started in house and finished before 3:30pm the same day. While we were waiting for my ring to be cleaned etc. we asked about men’s wedding bands. Manny helped us sort out what details we liked such as the finish, color, cut details, etc. Once Manny saw what we were thinking he pulls out a solid gold band in almost every detail we were looking for. There was a Father’s Day deal going on where we could get a second men’s ring for free that had the remaining details we had loved. We went to lunch while Manny grabbed the ring from a different location and the team continued to work on my wedding band. When we came back my other half got the best of both worlds, a fancy ring and a daily ring, since he is a mechanic. I got my wedding band that was a near perfect match to my engagement ring and they were even able to add a couple stones to make it line up on the back. For us, the experience with Kobelli was all remote, we are far away from California and we found Manny, Alex and Kobelli's online after an exhaustive search for the right ring.

Manny contacted us, sent us pictures, answered texts, literally, over a few days, Manny was completely engaged with us. Seriously, you just don't find this level of customer service at a walk up jewelry store, let alone an online experience.

We could end the review here, but the story doesn't end here, and neither does the review. You see, when we got our ring, it wasn't a great fit on her hand. We reached out to Manny, and with equal interest, excitement and support, he immediately worked to exchange for a size that would fit.

Before we knew it, the ring was here, every bit as beautiful as we expected and wanted. For us, the 8mm Forever One Twist Engagement Ring was our choice. Not only does it fit her perfectly, but we are happy to have just great memories about this purchase, Manny and Kobelli.

Now, as we get closer to our own wedding date, we have returned to find my own wedding band. We can't say enough good things about Kobelli, Manny...

I absolutely 💯% love this Jeweler!!
