I wish I could only give them no stars, but I WILL be polite.

I have had friends and family help order here so I could finish projects and assignments to get my certification in Data Analytics. I have had the worst possible luck (ball joint and axle busted on my car with no way to repair it and had to rely on what money I did have before finally returning back to NC in two days) since staying here for a while for my mental health.

The manager is rude and the black lady who is a manager, FIRE. HER. IMMEDIATELY.

I came in on Wednesday the 23rd to check to see if my computer was okay because, unfortunately, I had to leave it in my cooler to prevent it from getting rained on while I had to complete an errand on foot 6 miles from where I was staying. Only sat there for maybe 5-10 minutes before the male manager told me to buy something if I wanted to say there or get out, and because I am deaf in my right ear..the black lady started shouting it at me with what he said.

I told her hold on, please let me finish my note and I either will buy something or leave. Didn't give me the time of day because she wasn't having it. Came over with the quickness to where I was sitting, and started yelling in my face. I told her if she was patient then I could finish exactly what I was doing as I wasn't wanting to be there long anyway and just wanted to check my laptop.

All of a sudden, she yanked out my laptop cord out of the wall and I yelled at her, "You can't touch my property like that" and she starting yelling in my face "Yes, I can because this is my property" and I told her "Just because it is your public property does not give you to touch my private stuff". She said some more demeaning shit and I told her, "You are this little to me and if I were you, I would recognize who I am really quickly before you jump the gun and demean me, yell at me, and touch my property. I know Screenwriters in Hollywood (one I am currently working in secret on a current project) all the way to Australia. You don't know me like that and its best you teach me with the respect I deserve."

Idk about you, but that wasn't a threat on her life but she literally starting pulling out her earrings, taking off her shirt and threatened me to walk off her property so she could technically "beat me up".

Isn't that communicating threats in a hostile work...

I stopped in for munchkin donuts and as soon as I walked in you could feel the tension among the workers and customers. A lady took my order and then immediately walked to the back and I never saw her again. I watched as customers were getting more and more irritated while they waited and the staff were moving but not doing anything to complete orders. I waited ten minutes and finally had to remind them that I still hadn’t received my order. I order glazed munchkin donuts and they gave me blueberry… I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just having an off day and went back the next day. I was so wrong… once again there were people irritated waiting for their orders, someone was honking at the drivethru window, and the staff were moving around but not accomplishing anything. I had one person ahead of me in line and it took them five minutes to even take my order. I once again ordered munchkin donuts and once again they didn’t fill my order right away. The guy knew the person in line behind me and proceeded to take his order and immediately get it for him while I stood there waiting. I had to ask for my order twice before I finally was served. Twenty three minutes to get...

Drive through girl had horrible attitude, waited in the drive thru line for 15mins and then waited another 5mins for the intercom. No one responded when I said hello to get someone’s response. So I waited at the window for another 5mins, I was told they don’t take orders at the window that I would have to get in line again. I then decided to go inside store and order. I ordered a ice water and hazelnut ice coffee and avocado toast. It took 21mins for my order. Manager charges .49 for cup of ice water (Starbucks gives you Trenta sized for free)

They even managed to get my coffee wrong no hazelnut just gave me regular coffee. Would not recommend if you are in a hurry and need a quick bite to eat. If you like cashiers and manager talking about you in front of other customers this is the place to go.

Their service sucks. The other two locations I’ve never had any problems with time. Will avoid this location...
