We ordered a Caesars salad and a Squash salad. The Caesars came with big chunks of dry cheese, that was a plus. It also had grated cheese. The salad was pretty good but it needed more bread to accompany all that cheese. The squash salad was pretty good. I would say both salads were very decent if a little salty. Stayed at the hotel 4 nights, was only able to eat here once out of 4 attempts due twice to limited hours, once to busyness, and this morning, due to wait staff ignoring me for 10 minutes, even after seating the person in front of me.
