My 3 star rating is because I've had good and not so good food. Previously, I ordered the frito chili pie, which was so yummy. Today I ordered the blue plate special $13, which was chicken fried steak dinner. Yes, it looks so delicious but there is no flavor. It's like they only use salt and pepper to season. The steak was blah, no flavor, tasted kinda greasy. The mashed potatoes were instant and tasted like too much water was used and had a strange consistency. Fantastic eatery in the heart of downtown OKC. Plan according as they are only open Monday-Friday 11 am-1:30 pm. Found this place recently with co-workers and we have been there several times since for lunch.

Tons of great options, amazing comfort food and don't forget to ask about their blue plate special which changes daily. I've tried the sandwhiches and soup so far and have not been disappointed.
