Starbucks — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

We went through the drive through on Thursday night. I ordered two Venti Peppermint White Mocha Frappachinos. The line was moving very slow. I'd say 10 mins before they took our order and the speaker. Then another 15 mins to get out drinks. Then once we got the the window he handed me two hot drinks. I told him these are supposed to be Frappachinos. He said I thought you wanted lattes. I said no Frappachinos. So he remade them. It took another 15 mins. Now I've been sitting in the drive through for 45 mins and the guy hands me a peppermint mocha not a White Mocha! I look back at the car behind me and I feel bad for them so I just look at the barista and shake my head. I take the wrong drinks and leave just because I'm sick of waiting. I always thought Starbuck was supposed to have great customer service. This location fails. Don't waste your time here. Below is a pic of my sad drink. No name no marks. Just sad. I had a very bad experience at this location. I purchased a coffee and a pumpkin spice latte from drive through. I asked the barista to give me sugar and milk for my coffee and she lied that it’s already in my drink. I opened the lid and checked and realized that she lied. So i asked her to give me milk and sugar on the side and she says it’s company policy to remake the coffee. I didn’t quiet understand what she had to remake!! I asked her to just give me sugar and milk on the side and she rudely gave me two sugar. I asked to give me cream at-least, and she again said it’s she had to remake the drink. Finally after requesting one more time she went back and fetched me some milk. Meanwhile, she was commenting/complaining about me to her colleagues. I felt very bad. Overall, i never had such a bad experience or would never expect such a behavior at Starbucks. I will not recommend...

I give this place a one star based on the manager there. Today is my Birthday and on your birthday starbucks gives you a free drink or sandwich. Well the manager here doesn't comply with that. The ladies working behind the counter get a great review from me they were very nice about it. One girl was scared I was going to be mad because some lady had yelled at her and was very rude to her about this same issue. It's not the workers fault, but it's the managers fault. So thanks for not standing behind starbucks and how they treat there customers. Girls that work there go find you a better person to work under.
