I’ve been here a few times when the restaurant first opened, and the food was quite good. Unfortunately, this time was really disappointing — the noodles were as tough as rubber, and the cold noodles were practically inedible. The service was decent, and the staff were friendly, which is the only positive aspect of our visit. However, we were surprised to find that an 18% gratuity was automatically added for just two people, without any prior notice or explanation. If gratuity is going to be included automatically, it should be clearly communicated in advance, either on the menu or before the bill is presented. I hope the restaurant takes feedback seriously and focuses on improving food quality and being more transparent about charges. Good service alone isn't enough to keep customers...

Me and my party had an amazing culinary experience. I ordered the braised pork noodles and I have to say: the pork in that dish is easily the best pork I've ever had at a resturaunt, if not ever. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked and the fat was perfectly tender and positively melted in my mouth. The broth was absolutely divine and it was as if the chef who made it used pure ichor as a base. The noodles were substantial and perfectly cooked and the vegetables worked with the rest of the ensemble to create an orchestra of flavor and perfection. Beyond my dish I also ordered a Thai tea and I must state that their Thai tea is amazing. All in all this resturaunt was a step above the rest, to the point where even their water was noticeably better than other resturaunts I've been...

The food safety in this restaurant is terrible! We had dinner here a few days ago while visiting Salt Lake City. Several hours later, we started terrible vomiting followed by bad watery diarrhea, a typical food poisoning symptoms. We got confined in the hotel for two days. We missed our scheduled hot spring visiting and wasted more than $200. We have to call our doctor to get medications. The diarrhea lasted for almost 4 days which made us miserable at the airport on our way home. We call this restaurant and reported our food poisoning issues. The owner is rude and did not help us anything. Our advice to you is that you should try to avoid this restaurant! They are not handling food properly. It is dangerous!
