I had the most amazing top notch server last night but the manager was terrible her attitude was disgusting and the way she treated that young lady was disgusting I honestly felt bad for her because it wasn’t her fault me and my family had an family emergency and had to cancel our order not even 5 minutes after placing the order I tried to speak with the manager about the situation and she was absolutely rude and nonchalant about it telling the server to go see if the was made already telling me I would have to pay even if the other tickets wasn’t mine even after the server came back and stated the food wasn’t completed and that the cooks were about to get it started she still tells me I would have to pay even though I didn’t receive anything nor did my family I was even left behind trying to handle the situation knowing my mother was rushed to the hospital in critical condition not sure if she would make it the manger starts fussing at the server as she did something wrong and it was her fault still trying to force her to make me pay or she would get in trouble because of the ticket price the server seemed so overwhelmed I can see the hurt in her face and she’s still being nice about it which I loved she even tried to comfort me and as we’re all talking the manager tell her to go get the food again meaning she never told her to tell the cooks to pause the order because she was stuck on me paying even after telling her I couldn’t afford the other at the table tickets the manager walks away from to go upstairs telling me that the food had beeen made before I even came in which was impossible because we had just ordered saying that she was going to get the food even after I told her I didn’t want it and needed to leave I really hope the young lady didn’t have to pay for our food because...

0/10 would not recommend. It's been years since I've been downtown when I'm in town to visit family. I'm disgusted but not surprised by the experience I had here. I feared for my life, as apparently, using the restroom while black immediately makes you a criminial. After dining in on the top-level floor, I went downstairs to use the restroom before leaving. An employee, a woman with short hair, came through the door interrogating me and the other women in there about who let us in the restroom. One of the women proceeded to explain while she was using the restroom that someone directed her to the restroom. Based on the employees responses that person was a new employee. There wasn't any indication that the restroom was closed nor was there any employee there to "let us in" or direct us away. The employee stood in the doorway and repeatedly asked us who let us in and exclaimed that the restroom was closed, all the while we're actually using the restroom. What do you want me to do, stop mid pee? We were then met at the restroom door by 4 additional employees and the police! What crime did we commit? We didn't give the employee a hard time, do or say anything other than answer her questions. Every staff member and the officer that came down those stairs approached us with preconceived biases and treated us terribly, risking our lives by calling the police for simply using...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE 21+ BUT LOOK YOUNG FOR YOUR AGE THEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO TAKE YOUR LICENSE AND SAY IT’S FAKE. I’ve been coming to this place for two years now and not once have I ever had a problem with my VALID drivers license. That was until St. Patty’s day when the blonde working at the door checking ID did a double take on my ID and SNAPPED IT IN HALF. She then proceeded to tell me that IDs aren’t suppose to break so easily and that it was fake; trying to take my ID from me I told her to give it to the cops who were next to the door to verify it. After a short argument with the police about it they finally verified that it was in fact a real, valid driver’s license. Not only did the blonde not apologize she proceeded to tell me how the Georgia licenses are made to cover up her mistake instead of just saying sorry. I’m not from Georgia, my state makes our licenses differently, that shouldn’t be an excuse. And to compensate for their mistake the manager and one of their corporate people offered me a gift card. A gift card isn’t going to get me a...

St Pattys Eve 2024. My friend and I had eaten early in the evening and the young man that showed us to our was adorable. Our waitress was extremely nice and food was great. But that is not right writing this review. As the evening past my friend and I was a little snickered. We called an Uber and had them to meet us at Wet Willie’s knowing the Uber had access for pickup there. The gentleman who was managing Wet Willies came outside and he saw us standing there. He talked to us (we were having a blast exchanging stories) and stayed with us until our Uber came which was close to 30 minutes. He went up to the Uber to make sure it was the correct one and he ushered us to the vehicle and we safely got home that evening. That’s why I’m writing this review. i only have praises for Wet Willies. Ive been looking at the reviews and those employees needed to be reported to the manager. They wouldn’t be employed!

We were lucky that the place was open at noon on Christmas day. We walked in right when they are about to open and the manager really nice by letting us sit while they were still setting up. The food was really good. Like surprising good cause I think this is a small chain. Everything was really fresh. You can tell from the fish taco. The oil was clean and the fish came out flakey and golden. The shrimp and grits was great as well. Shrimp was fresh and firm. It was great from first bite to last. Frozen drinks were decent. A bit too much alcohol for me but I drink a lot less these days. Also don't have the habit of drinking before dinner time. 😂 We visited some other places in Savannah but none were as good as Wet Willies. I know I was surprised!

I stop by almost every Sunday night after work. Love the customer service I get from Jess and Randy. The food is always awesome, and it’s a great atmosphere. Tonight was no different 😊. The kitchen had closed before I arrived tonight but the manager Matt went in the kitchen himself and made my food! I have never in all my life seen that kind of customer service. AND it was late night! Will got me rang in quick and with a smile....I just love this place!!! I love WET WILLIES!!!!
