I had the most amazing top notch server last night but the manager was terrible her attitude was disgusting and the way she treated that young lady was disgusting I honestly felt bad for her because it wasnât her fault me and my family had an family emergency and had to cancel our order not even 5 minutes after placing the order I tried to speak with the manager about the situation and she was absolutely rude and nonchalant about it telling the server to go see if the was made already telling me I would have to pay even if the other tickets wasnât mine even after the server came back and stated the food wasnât completed and that the cooks were about to get it started she still tells me I would have to pay even though I didnât receive anything nor did my family I was even left behind trying to handle the situation knowing my mother was rushed to the hospital in critical condition not sure if she would make it the manger starts fussing at the server as she did something wrong and it was her fault still trying to force her to make me pay or she would get in trouble because of the ticket price the server seemed so overwhelmed I can see the hurt in her face and sheâs still being nice about it which I loved she even tried to comfort me and as weâre all talking the manager tell her to go get the food again meaning she never told her to tell the cooks to pause the order because she was stuck on me paying even after telling her I couldnât afford the other at the table tickets the manager walks away from to go upstairs telling me that the food had beeen made before I even came in which was impossible because we had just ordered saying that she was going to get the food even after I told her I didnât want it and needed to leave I really hope the young lady didnât have to pay for our food because...
Read more0/10 would not recommend. It's been years since I've been downtown when I'm in town to visit family. I'm disgusted but not surprised by the experience I had here. I feared for my life, as apparently, using the restroom while black immediately makes you a criminial. After dining in on the top-level floor, I went downstairs to use the restroom before leaving. An employee, a woman with short hair, came through the door interrogating me and the other women in there about who let us in the restroom. One of the women proceeded to explain while she was using the restroom that someone directed her to the restroom. Based on the employees responses that person was a new employee. There wasn't any indication that the restroom was closed nor was there any employee there to "let us in" or direct us away. The employee stood in the doorway and repeatedly asked us who let us in and exclaimed that the restroom was closed, all the while we're actually using the restroom. What do you want me to do, stop mid pee? We were then met at the restroom door by 4 additional employees and the police! What crime did we commit? We didn't give the employee a hard time, do or say anything other than answer her questions. Every staff member and the officer that came down those stairs approached us with preconceived biases and treated us terribly, risking our lives by calling the police for simply using...

Iâve been coming to this place for two years now and not once have I ever had a problem with my VALID drivers license. That was until St. Pattyâs day when the blonde working at the door checking ID did a double take on my ID and SNAPPED IT IN HALF. She then proceeded to tell me that IDs arenât suppose to break so easily and that it was fake; trying to take my ID from me I told her to give it to the cops who were next to the door to verify it. After a short argument with the police about it they finally verified that it was in fact a real, valid driverâs license. Not only did the blonde not apologize she proceeded to tell me how the Georgia licenses are made to cover up her mistake instead of just saying sorry. Iâm not from Georgia, my state makes our licenses differently, that shouldnât be an excuse. And to compensate for their mistake the manager and one of their corporate people offered me a gift card. A gift card isnât going to get me a...
