I used to love going here because they are one of the only places that offer Vegan Red Velvet cupcakes (my favorite). It is easily over a 30 minute drive from where I live but I don't mind splurging every once in a while since I do love their cupcakes and it's a nice treat, however their customer service is TERRIBLE! Last week, I drove out to pick up a late night snack. I got there around 8:50 and tried using the cupcake "ATM" for 2 red velvet vegan cupcakes.. The machine then charged my card, and no cupcakes. I walked around the corner and by this time it was barely 9:00. I figured the doors were locked and I was out of luck, but I pulled on the front door and it opened up. I stepped inside and waited for the girl who came from the back and tried to explain to her the only cupcake I wanted was "unavailable" in the ATM and to see if there was anything she could do. Before I could finish, she cut me off and demanded I leave the store immediately since they were closing. I tried telling her the front doors were unlocked and if they aren't going to allow people in their store they should be locked, and she told me I needed to "get out".. So I left and drove back home with nothing.. The girls here are always extremely rude and unhappy. Isn't the point of a cupcake ATM to access cupcakes when the business is closed? IT SHOULD BE STOCKED WHEN THE STORE CLOSES!!!!! It also took the store 3 days to process a REFUND to my card for the charge on cupcakes I NEVER got!...

I placed an online order for 2 dozen cupcakes for $100 to be picked up at 12:15pm. I stopped to get the order at 1:15 pm. I stood in the online order line and was basically ignored by the entire staff. I finally had to ask if that was my order that had been sitting on the counter the entire time I waited. The employee asked my name (didn’t ask for my receipt or anything) and handed me the bag. Unfortunately they only gave me HALF my order- ONE BOX instead of TWO BOXES. I had to drive back 20 minutes one way to get the rest of my order.

When I called to let me know I was on my way back to get the other box, I was asked multiple times what I was calling about and then put on hold. Every time someone picked up I had to re-explain what was going on. By person number three- I was not happy. The employee had the gale to ask if I wanted to speak to management since I had an ‘attitude’! I could NOT believe the customer service or complete lack there of.

These cupcakes are NOT cheap- I expect my order to be accurate and when they mess it up- own the mistake. Not berate me for being a customer.

I used doordash delivery to have my order sent me to me.. They’re .5 miles away from my apartment but arizona’s heat won’t allow me to walk outside anymore . Anyways, these cupcakes were actually perfect and delicious. A lot of the reviews talk about the texture of the cake and the size. They were sweet, the rational portion to icing to cupcake was pretty proportionate, too. The texture of my cupcakes were moist and i definitely don’t see how people can that they’re dry. And either way, not all cupcakes are supposed to taste the same . We don’t all prefer a very moist cupcake and some of us prefer it to be a standard cupcake . i think everyone just have different opinion and perceptions when it comes to food.

I genuinely did enjoy it though, i’m highly satisfied and will be turning again for some more.

For people reading reviews , don’t read them, just go pay for one cupcake and see how YOU like it. try it for yourself
