I usually have a great experience. I’ve been coming here over a month now. Today I asked about a customer loyalty program, considering Ive purchased coffee here, for myself and others. I was told they have a punch card and they don’t offer it to the customer they usually ask for it. The girl behind the counter offered me a stamp card with one stamp. I asked if she happened to remember that I’ve been in a lot of times in the last month. If I was only getting the one stamp. She looked confused. She said she’s new. She started at the same time I’ve been coming in. Or she just lied . I received one stamp either way. Thank you Granted. They serve a lot of people and if my drink or I are not remembered aren’t as important to me. I asked for the owner. I was told the “ manager “ who’s not actually a manager, Was the owner and She can’t make decisions? She was unclear why this conversation was happening over a stamp card, they helped 0 percent and had no care about trying to keep business, Not sure what’s going on in here but there is no customer care or concern. I typically love both Java’s food and coffee, there are two locations where I live. This one was very disappointing. The 20oz white mocha I got, with an extra shot, was more syrup than coffee.
