Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Twin Falls

I placed a order yesterday evening for five heartbaker pizzas to be ready to picked up at 5:15pm today. And I gave my card information to be charged. I received a call back from the lady I had placed my order with letting me know she couldn't charge my card until today. I arrived at Papa Murphy's at 5:15pm. I was told they had one of my five pizzas left to make. I waited. I was getting the pizzas as a special dinner for my family & had three stops to make after I picked up the pizzas. After 15 minutes I asked about my order. No one knew what was going on. The owner came & somehow my pizzas magically appeared. I asked him why I had been waiting. And that I had been told that one of my pizzas was still needing to be made. He said no the pizzas had been made during the day & they were just waiting to be picked up. I asked him again why I had been waiting if they were already made. He said I needed to pay for them. I told him they should have already been charged to my card. I gave my card info to the lady that took my order yesterday evening. He said they don't do that & I was misinformed. One of the gals chimmed in that they had thrown it away at the end of the shift. That's just great. The Owner was like so are you going to pay for these or not. I said I just want to make sure I'm not going to be double charged. He said again are you going to pay for these or not. I paid & left. The Owner is a bold-faced...

Are you kidding me we were trying to get food for our family and we have a baby okay it been a long day we stopped in thur the drive thru because it is quick and easy we have a baby!!!! I can’t leave him in the car while I go in and deal with ya’ll. And do you realize how hard it is to constantly get in and out of a car when you have a baby probably not because they’re all teenagers in the store have some common decency. I’m sorry it’s such a problem we went through the drive-through that we didn’t order online like are you really serious right now, OK you’re lucky I needed to get home because trust me if I had went into that store, there would’ve been a scene I would’ve been your ultimate caring and you would have cried little boy don’t ever make a family a mother, or anybody ever feel like they are beneath you because they didn’t make an online order since when is that your policy even K any time I’ve gone in there and there’s a girl at the drive-through. She’s perfectly fine with it that’s why you have a drive-through. If you’re not going to use a drive-through then why have one. Worst customer...

The customer service is good and the workers are friendly for the most part. The store is clean. Love that there is a drive up window to pick up your call in orders. Down fall is that people use the drive-up window to place the order and then stay there until they get there pizza. My biggest complaint is that on Tuesday's the Twin Falls Papa Murphy's sells the large pizza's for $12 instead of $10 for the $10 Tuesday's. When I asked management about it, they told me that it "It is corporate that has us sell them at this price." However, I have seen all locations in Southeast Idaho, Burley, the Boise area, and the all in Northern Utah from Orem up that sells them AND has them advertised for $10. Not to mention that the commercials state that they have $10 pizza's on Tuesday. With them selling them for $12 on Tuesday's instead of $10, this is false advertising. Because of this I do not buy as many Pizza's from papa murphy's often. Or when we do, we will pick it up a bunch of them at another location...
