My family came here on Easter Sunday before noon and wow! The last time we came we had excellent service but today everyone went above and beyond.
For starters the place was very clean and the staff was smiling and friendly from the moment we walked in. They were patient while we decided what to eat and made conversation and connected with us as their guests.
They all we're working hard and enjoying each other's company the entire time we were there.
Eddy made sure the lobby was spotless and was out on the floor cleaning the whole time we were there! He was quick to grab our plates when we finished.
Rick came to check on us and noticed one of our sandwiches wasn't as perfect as it should've been. We weren't going to fuss about it since it was edible. He went and talked to the kitchen and came back with the same sandwich made correctly this time and apologized on their behalf. He also was prompt at getting to go boxes and so polite!
Honestly as a company if you had a clone machine I would recommend getting a Rick for all of the Mcalister's locations. Overall we had a wonderful lunch and will be returning in the near future!
This location has struggled in the past but is thriving at the moment, We appreciate the staff and managers because what you are doing is working. We are very...
Read moreThis is the very first time I have ever given a negative review to anyone, but this is the 2nd time I have had this experience. I have placed curbside orders two different Sundays at lunch time. The second time time, I ordered at 11 thinking it may not be too busy. Both times, my numerous phone calls letting them know I was there per instructions on the sign were never answered. I have a 5 month old and she had just gotten to sleep so curbside was the best choice for me. Both times, I had to take my daughter in to get my order. The first time, I had to wait inside for about 20 minutes until I finally retrieved my food from the side kitchen. The second time, I waited in my car for 15 minutes past when my order was said to be ready. Then, I went inside to find my order in the pick up cubbies. I selected curbside on my order. The only reason I continue to return to McAlister's is because I love the food and tea but their online order system at this location needs improvement. If they are short staffed, then they need to let people know to come inside instead of waiting in their car with their calls not being answered. Thank you for reading my review and considering changes that need to take place at the Weatherford...

Walking into McAlister’s in Weatherford, I expected a sandwich. Maybe a cookie if I was feeling wild. What I didn’t expect was to encounter a culinary goddess of customer service, a radiant beam of pure energy named Kat.
This woman didn’t just take my order—she orchestrated it like Beethoven conducting a symphony made entirely of sweet tea and good vibes. I blinked, and my order was ready. I asked for extra pickles, and she delivered them with the precision of a NASA engineer guiding a rover to Mars. She could probably juggle three soup bowls and a potato salad while reciting Shakespeare and still not mess up your iced tea.
Kat has the poise of a Jedi, the hustle of a caffeinated squirrel, and the smile of someone who just rescued a puppy from a burning building. Honestly, I’m not saying she should run for president… but I’d vote for her, and I don’t even live in Weatherford.
If McAlister’s Deli ever loses Kat, they better shut the whole operation down and turn the building into a monument honoring her legacy.
10/10. Would let her pick my sandwich again. Might even name my next...
