I bought my wedding dress from here, Heidi was great. I went during the first opening weekend after covid shut down and she really was fabulous. My dress came several weeks later and 2/3 fittings went well. Had it not been for my final fitting and pick up and the interaction that followed with their seamstress they would have received 5 stars. I come in and my 1k wedding dress is hanging in the store in a plastic bag. She hands it to me and when I ask about trying it on she (the seamstress) acts like it’s a foreign concept. That’s the point of a final fitting correct? Since my last fitting she had taken in the dress a little at the waist, and had made my bustle which I had no idea how to work. She regains her bearings and has me wait which is fine I wasn’t in a rush. Try on the dress it’s all fine and dandy. And then I ask her if I may have an actual garment bag for my dress so it can be stored properly, and she said they didn’t have one for my dress. Sorry, but when you spend almost 1300$ on a dress and alterations, I would think that I would have an actual garment bag and not a literal plastic bag. I watched several prom kids walk out with their dresses in the proper storage bag, shame my wedding dress wasn’t...
Read moreMy wedding dress is champagne and I was having a difficult time finding a bowtie and a pocket square for my fiancé that would match my dress. I originally went to Men’s Wearhouse but wasn’t able to find a match. I didn’t realize Suzeanne’s carried tuxedos and other wedding accessories. She had a ton of options to choose from (I was pleasantly surprised by all the options). The owner was so friendly and very patient. She showed me several different swatches and helped me pick out a bowtie that matched my dress perfectly. I had a really good experience shopping here and highly recommended checking Suzeanne’s out if your shopping for a wedding dress or a tuxedo (they also do rentals). Although I didn’t get my dress there, she did have a decent selection of gorgeous dresses. I also noticed some party dresses too; I may go back to look for a dress for my rehearsal dinner. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. It saved me a lot of hassle and I greatly appreciate...
Read moreThe customer service is basically non existent. From the first time I tried on my wedding dress my seamstress was defensive and didn't want to take personal responsibility... even just when asked simple questions. I purposely told the shop the wrong date for my wedding(I told them a date 3 weeks before) to make sure it was done on time, and PRAISE GOD I did. I ended up getting the dress 2 weeks before(yes, you are reading that correctly,1 week later than the date they thought was my real date!). The dress didn't fit right and wasn't flattering on me, but my family and I had already spent so much money on it I just sucked it up and wore it for my wedding day. There is no reason the dress should have fit me that way after 5+ fittings. There is so much more I could share, but the moral of the story is, I will never be back and I won't let any of my close friends or family have to experience this either. Completely...
