WORST PLACE EVER, DONT GO HERE! My friends and I decided to try this place out on November 1st 2024 for the halloween party hosted by glam hospitality. tickets were $35 per person, my boyfriend and i arrive at 11:30 to a line wrapped around three blocks. we wait two hours just to get into the venue, keep in mind the party is from 11pm-3am and at this point it's almost 1am and we're still on line. the line had barely been moving which is what was taking so long. eventually we get to an area where they separate the men and women (doesn't matter if you're in the same group or together, they separate you regardless) and that's where they start id'ing. that made me uncomfortable because what is the need to separate the men and women? im on line and i find out that my boyfriend was kicked off the line for not wanting to show his ticket to a promoter of the event, thinking the guy was a scammer because he had nothing to show or say that he worked for the venue and he was previously seen trying to sell "skip the line" tickets to people already on line. so my boyfriend is kicked off the line with no explanation and although we're both asking all the security guards what the reasoning was, they kept telling us they had nothing to say to us and that it was up to the promoter to kick my boyfriend out because he "felt like it". i of course refuse to take this as an acceptable answer and i start questioning everyone working there, the promoter won't talk to me and give me an explanation and it's obvious this entire thing is a scam to just kick people off the line who have already paid for a ticket. eventually after much argument and yelling, the director of security lets us in (me, my boyfriend and the friends we were with) and we decide to find a bar to grab drinks. my over 21 boyfriend and friend were too busy being cursed out and kicked off the line by the promoter that they didn't get the over 21 wristbands. my friend ended up purchasing TWO drinks for $46 in which they made her stand inside a gated area to drink the drinks alone as they didn't allow alcoholic beverages outside the small bar area, and although my boyfriend and other friend showed their ids, they were refused drinks for not having a wristband. and when asking where to find a person to get a wristband from, they were sent in circles. HORRIBLE SERVICE, ORGANIZATION, MUSIC, EMPLOYEES, PRICES. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS, ABSOLUTE...
Read moreI guess your experience depends on the night you go because I had an amazing time there last night. It's a club!! So have your pockets ready for the drink prices. We spent $600 on three bottles and about 15 of us had a great time with those. My husband invited some guys a drink and they ended up blowing some money on more bottles and invited all of us. Want to have a great time? Help other people have a great time. If it had only been the four of us we might not have had as good of an experience. Whoever complains about their experience here simply didn't drink enough. We got in with a promoter and he helped us have a great time throughout the night ( thanks Danny 👌🏻). The lady who took our bottle order was super friendly and made sure she poured every one of us a drink before walking away. She forgot me and as soon as she noticed she apologized to me and went back and poured me a drink. They clean up every single spill as soon as they noticed. There were about four fight by where we were, but idk how the securities stopped them almost before they started. They bother a lot when it comes to you standing in the way when you are coming in or out. They literally tell you to go in and get out. This didn't bother me at all and I did not find it rude. I have been to clubs where you have nowhere to walk through when you're trying to go outside or come inside and this was certainly not a problem here and I loved it. If you explain to them why you are standing they will listen to you. They will point you to where you could do your standing at and also will explain to you why you cannot stand there. If you consider this rude then you do not enjoy being in a club where you could easily walk where you want to. There is such a great vibe in this club. Someone who worked there I believe would walk around and ask if everything was okay and if we were all having a great time. The hookah guy was very nice and very honest. I gave him $40 and he was supposed to give me change but didn't have on him at the moment. He apparently forgot and didn't remember if he had given me change so he walked back to me and asked me if he had given me my change yet. We did not pay for VIP so I am not describing a...

This is one of those “if I could give it 0 stars I would” instances. Had been to HK before for a Hot Rabbit Pride event and it was probably easier to manage because it was more of a club/party event. But last night was a complete disaster on and both management teams from HK and Danny Ocean (the artist we waited FIVE hours to see). Got there at 8p and waited in the “VIP” line (which was just another GA floor on the bottom, how VIP) and waited until 9:15p for doors to open (already passed when Danny was said to perform). Got in at 9:30p not prepared for the next 3 hours of back-to-back DJ sets with the same tracks (I kid you not, hearing Me Porto Bonito 5 times in different sets gets bothersome even for a Bad Bunny fan like me), an opening act that couldn’t even perform consistently because of poor soundcheck, and fights breaking out because of the exponential aggression that was building over Danny not showing up on stage after being announced several times that he was coming out. When he finally did come out, he acted as if nothing happened, as did the management who were running across the stage the entire night to handle procedures that should’ve been done prior to, and the worst part of it all was the lack of consideration for us all standing for hours with no water or proper air conditioning to watch a disappointing hour-long set that was not worth the wait. So unfortunate being that the venue is structurally cool (reminiscent of T5 or Irving Plaza) but the integral difference is that those venues have the proper management adequate enough to handle any form of concert that caters to smaller fanbases.
In short,...
