Nostalgia Estate Sales Vintage & Collectables Mall — Attraction in Newport

-10000000/10 don't waste your time or money at this awful establishment. Me and my partner came In at 4:30 (mind you people were literally walking in behind us) and we say hello and start walking (no one said anything) me and my partner are about to start walking down an isle when the old lady clerk starts practically yelling at us saying that they are obviously closed “do you see the lights aren’t on? Yeah that’s because we’re closed. Goodbye”. Seriously the worst service I have EVER had in a store. Not to mention, I’ve been here before, and it wasn’t just an “off day”. Last time I had came in (it was 3:30-4:00ish) the clerks were being super rude the moment we had stepped foot in the store, sighing and giving me and my mother in law dirty looks. My mother in law has to walk with a cane and we were told to cross HWY 101 if we needed to go to the restroom, but as you can probably tell that’s not the most suitable thing for someone of her condition, oh gosh that wasn’t even the worst part. Me and my mother in law were still looking around (it had been like 25-30 minutes) when the lights just shut off. This place closes at 5:00, not 4:30, we had to make our way out of the super disorganized “mall” in the dark. I will never come back again, and I really don’t recommend...

My son and I came in to your shop like we always do when visiting the Newport Coast. My son was looking at sports cards in the boxes and he wanted to see a coin but the bookkeeper said “you already had 5000 cards out so I can’t give you the coin” and he only had two boxes of cards with maybe 100 cards per box. My son came in to look at these specific type of coins as well. Then, this same employee showed the same coin to another customer right next to my son and they bought it. Not very fair if I’m going to be honest. We let it go but did mention something to the cashier who checked us out (she was very helpful and nice), and gave us the owner contact information. The other employee was also at the counter when we checked out and was rude when I asked her what happened My son is 10 years old, and she made it seem like it was his fault for not speaking up. I doubt we will be back to your store based off this last visit. We’ve spent a decent amount of money each time we come in and now feel like our business is...

This is a fantastic place to go and shop for gifts, hobby accessories, antique's, clothes, tools jewelry,electronics, home decor, holiday decorations, furniture, office supplies, even skate boarding shoe's and video games and sooo much more. It's constantly changing with something new to find everyday and around every corner. It's clean and we'll maintained by vendors and owners. It's a family ran buisness that's been here for as long as I can remember and it's been a positive part of our community in many ways. I recommend you at the very least make a fast stop to peak in the windows and see for yourself the adventure that awaits...
