Never go back to such bad service spa.

We booked for 2 people at 3PM. We arrived at the time and waited for 15 mins but they just gave us tea and asked us for waiting. When I asked them when we can start the service the reception said “a few mins” as they have to prepare for the room. We waited a little more then they came and asked for 10 mins more as other customer is taking shower in the room and it took time, and they are also can not be sure that the customer would finish the shower in 10 mins, meanwhile we might have to wait for 30 mins even we have made booking before coming to the spa, there is no meaning of reservation.

The service is totally bad due to below reasons:

1/ They told lie from the beginning when I first asked about how long waiting - as there were other customer inside but they told us they were preparing the room already. Once people tell lie, can never trust them any more.

2/ They have no solution when we say we have been waiting for so long even we made reservation but just saying Sorry, and then run away although we are still complaining.

If they explained the truth from the beginning, our feeling and experience might have been better.

3/ They are offering 5% off for review so do not believe in the reviews. I made mistake and paid myself.

Wow! I walked into this spa with no expectations at all, but my feet had been hurting since a trip to Ha Giang and I wanted a good foot message to help me out. Turns out, I had walked into the perfect spot! I had what was by far the best foot message I have ever had 😍 (and I always look for foot messages everywhere I go).

You start by picking the message type, then they let you smell and choose the oil you would like to use while having a little snack and water/tea. Once you choose, you are brought up to a room that looks so incredibly comfy and clean to start your foot message. They keep a warm pad around your neck and over your eyes which was so comfortable. I was so impressed as he also messaged my arms and was able to crack my back for me at the end!!

*bonus that they ask before giving you a male massage therapist, which I was very happy to have as he did an excellent job!

I visited Yolo Spa in Hanoi with high hopes for a soothing foot massage but left feeling more stressed than relaxed. 😥 The masseuse applied an unexpectedly rough technique, with intense and hurried movements that were far from the gentle experience I anticipated. Despite my attempts to communicate my discomfort, my concerns seemed to go unheard until another masseur intervened, prompting only a slight adjustment.😮‍💨 The repetitive loop of a single song fragment played throughout added to the discomfort, creating an almost torturous ambiance. 🧐 Additionally, the spa's policy of adding a 10% surcharge for card payments felt unreasonable. 🤪 While the initial welcome with tea and hot towels was pleasant, it was overshadowed by the overall distressing massage experience.
