A small, but very cute B&B, in the heart of the tourist place. The CK Shuttle Bus office is very close to the pension. I forgot my backpack in the van when we arrived at CK (we used CK Shuttle Bus service for the travel form Hallstatt to CK). I didn't realize this until I checked in at the front desk of the pension! But when the lady (owner?) told me that the shuttle bus office is right close to the pension, I was totally relieved (I didn't know that they are neighbors when I was booking the shuttle bus and the pension. It's just an coincidence! So I'm very lucky) The lady went to the shuttle bus office, communicating with the staff about my backpack, and I got may bag back soon after the driver finished his work. When the 5 or 6 sausages were added to the plate, the customers who came earlier than us took them right away, so we had to wait for additional, but there was no additional, as they stopped serving more!! So we left and bought ourselves breakfast in a café. FUNNY!!!||||In short, I'd highly recommend this hotel, but would NOT recommend...

Upon arrival, I inquired about the air conditioning in the room, only to be met with inaccurate information delivered in a dismissive and almost humiliating tone — as if asking for clarity was an inconvenience.
What made the situation worse was her abrupt behavior when she pulled my passport from my hand before I had even given it to her, insisting on unnecessary administrative steps without explanation or courtesy. It felt more like a power play than hospitality.
Traveling should feel warm and welcoming — not like you’re being processed at customs.
To the management: A smile is free, honesty builds trust, and consent is still required — even...
