Pension U Mrázků — Hotel in okres Český Krumlov

Booked via booking.com and paid in advance. The property reception was said to be closed after 16:00 but it was available for booking, thus I booked at around 20:36. They sent me a message by 21:47 asking my arrival time. As I was passing through the mountain area my phone didn’t catch a line and I could only read the message around 23:00. I called them right after. The person who was at the phone told me that he waited until 22:00 and then left home to his kids! (?) (note that they send the message at 21:47!) As we came by car I proposed the guy to come and get him from his home to open the door and let us to our rooms. Cesky Krumlov is a very small town.. But the guy told me that it is not possible. Then Naturally I asked for refund.. I didn’t even mention that we left in the middle of the night, in the middle of the street at -5 degrees cold. The guy refused to refund. When I asked the reason he started to shout at me! He was so loud that the people in the shop nearby heard it despite the speaker was not even on. ||||I’ve been traveling around the world for the last 15 years and I stayed in bad and good hotels, hostels, bnbs, but I have never ever encountered such a rude, uneducated, selfless host.. ||||I would never recommend this place to anyone...||||Such a shame for that...

We checked several hotels for price, location and rooms. By far, this one offered the best for the price. Eva, our host drove us on her car to pick up our cars which are not allowed to enter the city but for a short period of time. She gave us one parking spot at the hotel and the other at parking number 3, not far away.The rooms are very comfortable and have TV and Wi-Fi.||Breakfast is included in the price and its quite hefty with three different choices of servings.||This hotel is built on a 14th century house and is very comfortable and at walking distance from the main...

Rooms were very clean. Interior of room seems quite new. room and bathroom size good, shower strong. Good location, lively area. Close to everywhere u want to go. Owners seems nice.
