❌ We do not recommend this hotel. We are a married couple and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
Even though the hotel was nearly empty, we were given a room with separate beds. The cleanliness was poor, and there was a bad smell in the stairways. The TV didn’t work, and the air conditioner was leaking directly onto the power outlets, which is a serious electrical hazard.
Breakfast was advertised from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., but one day at 9:30 a.m. the cook was asleep at the bar. We went to the reception to report it, but no one was there. On the last two days, there was no breakfast at all due to lack of staff.
One night, we had only 3 beers and were charged an extra 25% “kitchen service fee.” While this fee was written on a sheet, we were only informed about it after we had already consumed—not beforehand.
They also promised free airport transfer if staying 4 nights, but we were charged anyway. The listing also said staff spoke Spanish, which was a key reason we chose this hotel—but it wasn’t true, and communication was very difficult.
To make things worse, there was no Wi-Fi for the last two days.
Although the view from the terrace is nice, it doesn’t make up for all the issues. The hotel is located in a dark alley that doesn’t feel very safe, especially at night.
Overall, we felt scammed.
✅ We highly recommend Tree Lounge Pyramids, just next door: it’s very clean, has a view of all three pyramids, and they don’t charge hidden fees for...
Read moreWe can not say enough about this hotel. ALL STAFF WAS SOOOOOO WELCOMING and treated us like family. One of the personnels wife even cooked for us, like who does that. I wish I remembered everyone's name but it doesn't matter because everyone was attentive to our every need. Questions always answered and suggestions always given. Now let's talk about the ROOFTOP VIEW!!! JUST PRICELESS!!! I just wanted to sleep on the roof. The room was comfortable. The stand up shower a little small but it worked for me and I'm a big momma. When you are at the entrance of the hotel you encounter the horses and camels (I just loved it as I'm an animal lover!) because you're LITERALLY AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE PYRAMIDS!!! Mohammed went out of his way to assist my husband with purchasing a cashmere gallibaya and start which is the Egyptian tradition for some. I wish we had more time there as we only stood a week. Continental breakfast saved us some money. Very humble and serving people. They all made us feel so comfortable. We stood there for Christmas. Love you all at Pyramid Glory Inn.....we will be back and always recommend your hotel. Thank you for making our stay feel as if we lived there....

Location is perfect. Less than 5min walk to the Pyramids Entrance/ Ticket counter.
I got a great room with a direct view of the pyramids. Super nice! I can see the pyramids from the bed overlooking the balcony. There’s free water, coffee, and tea and sugar in the room.
Rooftop was a great spot to see the pyramids as well. And they give you a big, hearty, breakfast. The bed was so comfortable as well. I slept really well. It was also quiet. AC works well. The door is very sturdy. Good supply of water. There is hot water in the shower. They provide shampoo and body wash and hand wash. There are towels as well.
One thing to note though is that the shower stall is quite small in terms if space (because the sliding door is limiting the space a bit) so could be an issue for others but works well for me as I am petite. But the bathroom toilet in/bathroom in general is...
