We ordered a room through booking app. On our arrival they said that they only accept cash yet the app said they dont accept cash. We had that settled thanks to booking app and paid in cash. They also said that they "upgraded" our room to a view room for free - eventho thats what we ordered through booking. Mohamed took us to our room then which they didnt even double check as the beds were covered with very old and dusty roses, we only had 1 cup and 1 towel there, eventho it was a room of 2 beds and we ordered for 2 people. Most intresting part was when I asked Mohamed if there is a chance to buy alcohol there and he said only beer is possible, so I ordered 2 stellas which he said will cost 100egp each. Then he sent his 14 year old son to buy the beers. Then we waited for his son to return, in the meantime he told me that I should give 20egp to his son aswell for bus money. A bit after that his son called him and Mohhamed explained me that they dont have the small Stella there, so for a big one its 200egp each. I told him that the price is quite expensive for that compared to luxor but I agreed anyways just for curiosity. Then we waited again and Mohhamed told me: "My son likes your hat, you should give it to him" I refused and then he explained: "My son is like your son, if he wants something - you give it to him" I refused again and then we waited in silence until his son returned with 2 weird vodka coctails of 275ml. Also.... Mohamed kept insisting every day that he would be our tour guide and asked every day if we would give them a good review and that is what im doing, im giving a good and honest review.

It was a mini vacation for my niece and I; she lives in Egypt and I was visiting. I wanted to have somewhere to relax, but also wanted "that view" of the pyramids, and Queen Pyramids View Inn delivered that and so much more. Google's address was great at finding the hotel, we just needed to know the building number, 15/16. Our room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, all stairs and no elevator. That's probably the only drawback, if you're looking for something negative, but for us it wasn't a deal breaker. Before our arrival, Khaled (the owner of the hotel) contacted me to ensure an easy process and it was just that the day of check-in. Khaled was always available to assist us with our questions and provide suggestions when needed, and even helped us order dinner delivered to the hotel. Khaled and Osama make you feel at home and are extremely friendly. The room itself and the rooftop are exactly as pictured, though I was pleasantly surprised our balcony was bigger than what the picture showed. Now, the view. The views of the pyramids are beyond amazing, breathtaking, and larger than life. Seriously. You couldn't be closer, except for actually being next to the pyramids. We spent lots of time on the balcony and rooftop to look at the pyramids; they are majestic. The hotel is in a great location; the pyramids are a five minute walk, with tourist shops and restaurants nearby. Truly a perfect hotel for your stay in Giza! I would recommend. Thank you very much Khaled and Osama.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which is undoubtedly one of the finest in Cairo. The cleanliness and attention to detail are exceptional, and the staff provide outstanding service with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere brings a sense of comfort and peace, making it a luxurious experience that reflects genuine Egyptian hospitality. Many thanks to the management and the entire team for such a memorable stay.

Last October, I arrived at midnight caused by a one hour-flight delay and got harrassed right after being „welcomed“. While one of the owners carried my luggage upstairs, I got told a hard to believe-story about a guy who wanted my room and that now I had to cancel my reservation on Booking.com to get the room. Cancellation would be free.||||Upstairs his brother joined the harrassment blaming me for being late. „You’ve told us you would check in at 11 pm and we had to send the other guest away!“||||I was tired. My ears still blocked from an endless descent. Long story short: after endless harressment I cancelled my booking, paid cash in USD (best currency for them and best way for leaving no traces) and was allowed into the room. It was around 1 am.||||Two days later a young couple checked in and through my door on reception level I could hear the same words: „Cancellation is freeee!“. This way they can save the service fee for Booking. Next morning the couple confirmed to me the same harrassment I had experienced! ||||My pics are proof that I did stay at this place even if they reported me as „no...
