0/5 stars . I usually would never write a bad review, since management failed to contact us I don’t want anyone to have the same experience we did. An hour after our arrival we noticed a leak in the ceiling (which progressively got worse to a consistent water drip we had to put a towel down). We were concerned because it was obvious it was fixed multiple times. It was right where we placed our bags so our personal belongings got wet. Management was not available so we had to contact a different representative that did not get back to us until way later. We asked for another room because we were worried the pipes would burst and it was over the bed. We had a pretty jam packed schedule with reservations since we could only stay one night in Leavenworth. So after they got back to us so late, we were told we would only get a refund if we went to another hotel. Or moved all our belongings to a different hotel they owned. If we were told at a decent time that was an option we would of taken it, but they got back to us so late we didn’t have time to pack up all our things and move to another hotel. Communication has been absolutely awful! After we expressed our concerns and that we wanted a refund ….no response back. Management never got back to us after 24 hrs! -Also I’m not sure if someone lives above the hotel, the footsteps which seemed to be above us were so incredibly loud. Overall it was pretty horrible experience and could of been fixed with good communication from management. It’s a nice location since it’s right in town, however I would not stay here for the price and the lack of communication, no front desk to talk to either. Only the phone number...
Read moreThe reservation process is complete mess. The reservation is done by calling to the bookstore, where they take your phone number, and they tell you they will call you multiple times. Each time a bookstore customer approaches, they disconnect and later call you again. Took me about 30 min to complete the reservation.||||To make things worse, they also have unclear terms, and as a result they overcharge you. Here is an example of terms for a room: "Sleeps 4. Additional persons over 5 yrs old - $5.00 Each. Children age 2 and under are free.". OK, additional would be 5th and 6th, right? No, turns out they charge extra for 3rd and 4th persons. Wait, but it says "Sleeps 4"? Doesn't matter for them. Now, how about children between 2 and 5? Free if under 2, $5 if over 5, what happens in between?
