Saint Laurent — Local services in Prague

My first visit to this relatively recently opened boutique. Located in a beautiful old building in Prague’s Old Town, it is perhaps not as big as other stores across the world, but they seem relatively well stockedーI was able to find what I was looking for. The store carries both men’s and women’s collections. The SAs are knowledgeable and quickly offer to check stock availability for different sizes and fetch anything from the warehouse. Particular thanks to the lovely SA Kseniya, who answered all my questions and requests and even offered to merge my purchase history which throughout the years has been split into different accounts. Overall, excellent and professional service, as I always expect from the brand. Will definitely come back...

Beautiful shop, beautiful products but after service is not good!, if you buy accessories products I would recommend you to check the product carefully to make sure there are no flaws. and the device matches the picture on the website. Because I used to find my paid of an earring didn't match the website and had some stains on back , but they advised me to get another paid pair from mine use to this...

Excellent customer service ! My husband and I were vacationing in Prague and I really wanted a new evening clutch, so we walked to YSL . A doormen opens the door kindly and the sales gentleman ask if he can assist.
