Bought boots here on a wednesday, tried them for 10 minutes outside. They caused me lots of pain above the ankles, I think is this model, thats the reason for 40% discount.. went there to change them 2 days after. Without visible marks the guy asked if i used them outside, i told yes for a bit. I understand is company policy but was expecting a better service. When I asked what could i do so they wouldn't hurt so bad, I was advised by them they to take the boots to a shoemaker and fix them. Was expecting a better service from this brand. Rude, unfriendly employee makes me feel ashamed of being an Amsterdammer myself.
