Very friendly staff, except for the manager who was without overexaggerating - unprofessional and plain rude.
We wanted to buy 3 charms as a gift, one was going to be engraved. We were told we can choose the font and the charm, all well, but it turns out the font just really is too small for said charm. The lady who did it was super sweet and showed it to us, we agreed it doesn't look good so we chose a shorter engraving and different font. When the manager learned that we will naturally not pay for the first charm as the lady said it doesn't look good at all and we shouldn't have to pay for it he reacted with "hm, I guess.." . Like what do you expect?? You should know what is possible, not the client. If you offer a service you better deliver. At the end the sweet lady did make a 2nd charm and it was lovely and she made sure we don't have to pay for the first charm. We went to pay all 3 charms and I asked to make an account, the manager AGAIN had an issue with that - it took like a minute in total, there were no other people waiting and the cashier did allow us to make an account. All in all, all 4 ladies I spoke with at the store were a delight, but the manager is below 0 in customer service, he should really change jobs if he cannot do what is expected from him. Went in to look for a souvenir charm, and even though there were 3 sales associates there, and just 1 other customer, the employees did not even bother to look at us or say hello. After having a look around I asked one of the employees for help, he showed me the souvenir charms and then quickly ran away to chat with some of the other employees.
He never came back (I’m pretty sure I could’ve put the charms he showed me in my bag and left and he wouldn’t even have noticed), so I asked another employee for help. I asked her for the charm I wanted, she found it and I went over to pay. I then remembered to ask her to see the security chains, she showed me the available ones, but they didn’t have the one I wanted so I said I’d just go with the charm. The second I said it she went from smiling to having the most annoyed face ever, as if I was just wasting her time (mind you I was the only client there at the moment) and it wasn’t good enough that I didn’t want one of the three ones they had and just bought one single charm.

Read moreI make it a point to visit a Pandora in every country I visit, and believe me when I say, this is the worst location. Putting aside the store size and lack of staff, the real issue here is the customer service…or should I say the lack of it. I was there right after Christmas, so ofc it was very busy. However, when I saw the associate Sylvia was available…she kept walking right past me to help other people. I guess she assumed I didn’t have money? I asked her for help and she shouted PLEASE WAIT. Then while I was waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence, the male sales associate ZAKIR opened a drawer that hit me…right in front of me. He didn’t apologize or even say excuse me. It was very dehumanizing. I voiced my concerned my concerns to my friends, and only then did Zakir start greeting me in a sarcastic and loud way. Needless to say, I did spend a dime at this rundown location. I will make sure that I leave a review on the website and get those 2 associates disciplined. No one should have to deal with...
