Would give a zero if I could. Stopped in today to look for a prom dress for my daughter. From the moment we walked in we were followed around by staff acting as if we were going to steal something. Found a few dresses we liked and were told only 5 items could be brought into the fitting room. After my daughter tried one on and didn’t care for the fit, I attempted to put it away and look for another option. I was asked if something was wrong with the dress, I said no I was just putting it back. I was met with attitude and the man taking the dress from me telling me I can’t put it back. I tried to bring my daughter another dress to try and he told me I wasn’t allowed. We were only allowed the 5 items then we could be done in the fitting room so other people could use it. We were the only people in the store and there was still an open fitting room available. Every time we wanted to provide her another option or put something away we received attitude. We found 2 dresses we really liked. However, with the rude attitude and uncomfortable feeling we had from the second we walked in the store, no thanks. We walked out. Wouldn't give that store a cent of my money. I’ll take my...

The guy working grabbed a dress out of one of the girl's hands and said she was going to ruin it before she had even gone 3 steps with it in her hand then came back 5 minutes later and said that she damaged the dress because she dragged it on the floor (ummmm, NOPE!) and was going to have to pay for it. It was a little dirt on the dress and there's no way that could have happened in the three steps that she had taken. How did it take him 5 minutes to see that it was "damaged". I wouldn't doubt if he did it himself since it took him so long to see the dirt smudge. Oh, and clean your floors if this is a problem for...

(We were the only two customers in there.) when I asked the man working if I could try on a green dress I liked, he flat out told me no. I said “why? “ And he said, “because the dressing rooms are closing after the lady thats in there comes out.” I said, “oh, what time does your store close?” He said,”8pm.” I said , “then why are you closing the dressing rooms, it’s only 4:30?” He said, “just because.” I said, “sir, that’s absolutely ridiculous and doesn’t make any sense.” He said, “I know, and I don’t care. You can’t try anything on.”
I have never felt so discriminated against in my entire life. If you don’t want white people in your store,...
