Went to enter the store but there was no line or people in front of us. We were told to stand off to the side because they were at capacity. 3 women walked up as one person walked out pf the store and the employee let one of those women in while the other 2 just stood there. The employee proceeded to ask those women if they were with the young lady that she had just let inside. They answered yes and she let them in. I was with my mother and my young daughter. I was shocked and in disbelief that, that had just happened. We traveled from Chicago and we had never been at this mall before, it's a shame that our visit to this store had to be a terrible and disrespectful one. I asked the employee why they were able to go in before us since they had just walked up and her response was, "oh yeah hold on." No explanation given. No...

I love how box lunch products look but I've never been able to afford anything from there. My husband bought me a totoro bag that I really loved one day while we were at the mall. It was $90. I've only been able to use it for 4 days since I purchased it over the summer. Within 2 days of purchasing the screws that hold the clutch to the main purse broke. So I messaged customer service asking about the screws. The service was outsourced to hot topic and they told me to return it to hot topic. Its been a few months I can't return it. So I looked for screws that fit. FINALLY I could use my beautiful bag. 2 days into wearing it the clasp for the shoulder strap broke. So I unfortunately will not be buying from box lunch anymore.

The staff and merchandise are amazing. However I do want to point out that the set up of the store is terrible.

The store has a lot of kiosks/stands set up within the store to display more merchandise. However the kiosks are so big that they create narrow pathways where only one person can walk through.

I've heard staff saying ignore reviews online about the store being busy because mall of America is busy in general, but I want to clarify that the issue isn't the store is busy, the issue is the set up of the store makes it difficult to move through the store even when it's not busy.
