I was planning to let this slide. But it’s getting on my nerves. I went there for the first time to do some exchange for the pants that I bought. The young guy at the cashier couldn’t care less about what I was in the store for. I asked if he could show me the same design but in different material. He showed me a completely different thing and then walked back to continue chatting with his colleagues. I grabbed the size that I need and go to the cashier to do an exchange because I thought that he showed me the right one. I came in with 6 pairs in total for exchange. I got 5 so in general I don’t have to pay any extra but to get refund. But I was in a hurry and the amount that I have to pay was less than $10 so I just pay and left. Not until when I get home then I realize he only returned 5 pairs of pants that I came in with. But I thought he is young so I want to let this go. And the second time was 1 week for the first visit because I have to returned the wrong pants that he showed me. I give the store the second chance to have better customer service and give me a better experience. I just want a refund for the pants that I came in with cause I already bought it online. But I do have pants that I bought online that need to be returned. So, I have a different staff help me on my second visit. She did everything perfectly with the refund for those 5 pants. And when I ask her to help me return the pants from online, she did not scanned the tag on the pants and only ask for my name and order number. I feel odd a little bit but I trust she knows her job well. Guess what, it’s been over a month and nothing happened. So I contacted the customer service and they said they have not seen any package from them. Or to be precise, no return label have been created for my order…………… you know how frustrated I was when the staff told me that. Now what am I supposed to do. Like I can not even do anything. The pants are no longer in my hands. So am I supposed to expect to lose a pair of pants every visit there?!? Or maybe is it because they think I’m Asian so they can belittle me??? Like I don’t get it. Manner? I work as a customer service so I understand how hard it is. But have I ever disrespected or look down on them? No, absolutely not. I don’t usually give reviews. But I am very frustrating and I can’t let it slide...
Read moreWow, my expectations have been exceeded. I have a Carhartt Duck insulated traditional coat that is 30 years old. This year the zipper chose to not hold together and I thought I would have to get rid of an old friend. Turns out Carhartt will stand behind their garments even at that age and provided me a shipping label to send my coat back to them for repair. They indicated it may be 4-5 weeks to compete the repair which seemed reasonable. I dropped it in the UPS on October 8th and the coat was already back and repaired on October 14th. Zipper replaced that fast and they did not ask me to pay for the repair which I would have gladly agreed to. In this day and age it is hard to find any company that is willing to stand behind their products as Carhartt does. Thank...
Read moreAh, young traveler, if rugged attire is your quest, this Carhartt outpost delivers strong with the Force. The shop itself—clean, well-stocked, and laid out with Jedi efficiency—offers a solid selection of workwear and casual gear that withstands the trials of both Tatooine heat and Hoth chill.
But beware, my taller Padawans and broader Wookiees... for the Big & Tall section is as scarce as Yoda’s patience at a Sith convention. If your frame is more Rancor than Jawa, best to summon your size through the holonet (a.k.a. order online).
Still, for most beings, this is a reliable source of durable garb—built for battle, built for life.
💡 Pro tip: Check for sales—some gear was 25–50% off during my visit.
Workwear this is. Weak...
