02.18.2023 We absolutely love the "family feeling" at Alpha. We were there back in 2018 and Ivana helped us pick out an anniversary band. So, of course we had to stop back in and see everyone and what they had in stock that could be the next beautiful piece to add to my collection ;-) Of course Ivana delivered...she showed me a bendy/flexible bracelet that matches my anniversary band perfectly!! She offered to clean my anniversary band and earrings while we there and of course started giving me ideas for our next visit ;-). Ivana and crew were really awesome about letting us know about their favorite restaurants/things to do...we tried quite a few and they were wonderful...I love St. Thomas gift shop, Greengos, Gladys, Agave (in Red Hook) and Surf & Turf. The entire staff here are AMAZING and so friendly and TRULY treat you like family. Can't wait to come see them again...hugs to all of you!!

I had a terrible experience with another Jewelry store that attempted to repair my ring after it was smashed - and didn't stand behind their work. Fabian and Anna sent me to their jeweler who repaired my ring on the spot, free of charge. Prior to visiting Anna, I was charged 750.00 to straighten my ring after an accident - I never wore it because it looked like tarnished cheap custom jewelry vs the 25k engagement ring I wore for 20 years. Please stop by and visit them, I promise they will not only help you find the perfect piece at the best price, they will stand behind it. Thank you again !

I have been doing business with this phenomenal company for 10+ years. I am always greeted and treated like family when I am there. I recently purchased diamond earrings and a blue diamond band with Henry. I was able to make another trip in and once again worked with Henry and Nakita. They gave me top notch service and I was able to get an Italian white gold chain with a gorgeous blue diamond pendant and blue diamond “hugger” earrings. I have always been so impressed with the quality of jewelry and I always return because I am treated like a dear friend. Henry even recalled the exact earrings I had looked at 3 weeks prior.
