DYNASTY DAZZLERS ST THOMAS USVI

My wife and I have been dealing with Raj at Dynasty Dazzlers exclusively for the past 10 years. We certainly look at other shops but save our purchasing till we arrive at St Thomas. The attached photo displays a few of the items purchased. Raj allows full value upgrades and creates custom jewelry. Such as my wife’s wedding band. Raj mounted her 1.5 carat blue diamond on a custom mounting with 1 carat of white diamonds under and created a custom band to match which stays in line without rotating. We paid for my wife’s band and continued our cruise and received it at our home 3 days after our return. My left had ring is a 2.9 carat blue and white custom diamond ring exhibiting blue baguettes and princess cut white diamonds. The right hands also exhibit a couple of our other purchases. My wife loves her blue diamonds. The people at Dynasty are a true no hassle group who are honest folks who will guide you to a purchase you will be proud of for years, until you realize the diamonds have shrunk to the point of requiring upgrade. Also, they do not push you to purchase, when you say no, they accept that and allow you to move along without hassle. They will also take your original purchases and clean and polish them to their original luster and have people believing you just purchased them. The main store is located down town Charlotte Amalie and secondary shop in Havensight near the pier. We just cannot say enough good things about Raj, wife, mother and their staff. We bought our second watch recently from Imperial Dynasty. Both times, Raj and the whole team have been wonderful. They are highly professional and very knowledgeable. It is reassuring to deal with a company that you can trust when making a large purchase. Additionally, they worked in such good faith with us. We saw the watch we wanted while visiting the island. We weren't 100% sure that we were ready to make the commitment, and if we were we would be trading in a watch that we didn't have with us. Raj worked with us to outline a range of cost differences, based on the actual value of our watch. Once we got home, we continued to work with Raj and mailed the watch we wanted to trade in to him. After inspecting it, Raj finalized it's value at the high end of his estimate. Once we agreed to a deal, Raj sent the watch to us. He didn't even ask for our wire yet. He wanted us to receive the watch and confirm our final desire to buy it. Once we let him know that we wanted it, he worked with us to set up the easy wiring instructions. We will definitely go to Imperial Dynasty first and work with Raj for all of our future...
