Even after countless hours of trying on watches, their team met me with the utmost respect as if it was the first piece I was trying on. Purchased a mens Rose Cartier Gold Baloon bleu watch in 2022 for $15,000 (Special order). I did not get the watch that I tried on. What arrived was the watch with a small woman’s Cartier watch band, which does not fit my wrist. I have been going back and forth with the Jeweler in Saint Thomas. They assured me they ordered the men’s band. It has been six months, and I am still unable to wear the watch. The jewelry store has stopped communicating with me. Great experience all the way around. They have a great variety of higher end watches and the customer service is top notch. Gregory was our main contact, but it was truly a group effort, including the owner. They were all eager to help and very knowledgeable. No pushy sales tactics that are fairly common in the islands. It was clear from the start that they want to build long term relationships. My wife and I settled on a Cartier for her and a Piaget for me and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
