National Soldier Factory — Local services in Gettysburg

My father and I were killing time and decided to walk into this store. We looked around for about 10 minutes and decided to buy 3 bottles of hot sauce. When we went to check out, the middle aged lady behind the counter became very aggressive and said “those don’t go there” when my father set the bottles of sauce on the counter. She then yanked her phone out and swiped my father’s credit card and was mumbling incoherently. Nice place, overall good selection. Every time i’ve gone they always have what i need. The reason for the 3 stars: Customer Service, confusing hours. Where do I start, the lady is just downright rude (even though I’ve only seen her twice), the guys just keep to themselves a lot but ask if you need help 1-2 times. They can be snooty but eh. About the hours, open longer on Sunday, but closed Tuesday and Wednesday? Odd choice but I really only go Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. But otherwise, amazing selection,...

Terrible. I came up from Maryland JUST for this shop. I bought a coat from here last year, and the guy was kinda rude but meh whatever. He has a great selection. But that's not the point.

The point is the business practices are abhorrent. From what I can tell, he's only open on the weekends. I literally came up here just for him, expecting him to operate his business like a normal human being would....
