To Whom It May Concern,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my recent experience at your store, which took place about 4 days ago, in hopes of providing constructive feedback. During my visit about 3 weeks ago my wife and I found a beautiful ring for me that truly caught my eye. Fast forward 4 days ago, I brought along some old gold scraps that I had been meaning to exchange for store credit, likely in the range of $100 to $200. As a loyal customer who has visited your store several times over the past two years, I have always appreciated the warm atmosphere and friendly staff, making this visit particularly surprising. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an salesperson;n an older lady. Unfortunately, her initial acknowledgment felt curt and impersonal; she did not make eye contact or convey any welcoming energy. I explained my situation and shared my intention to trade in my gold scraps, but throughout our conversation, she seemed disinterested and bothered, which was frustrating. After our brief exchange, she informed me that I needed to check whether the owner bought scrap gold and asked me to wait while she weighed my items. Although she returned with a price estimate, her tone remained distant and extremely condescending, making me feel undervalued. As a customer who had purchased two necklaces and two rings over the past two years. I appreciated her effort in weighing the scraps and providing the information, but the lack of engagement felt out of place and extremely unprofessional, given my previous positive experiences with your staff. When I expressed my understanding of the situation and said, "Have a great day," she did not respond, which left me feeling overlooked again. At one point, while I was explaining what I liked about the ring that caught my eye, she responded with a mumbling sound like an Ahhaa sound while looking elsewhere. As a loyal customer who has enjoyed friendly service in the past, this experience was disappointing. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts. Although I have no plans to return to your store, I sincerely hope this feedback enhances the customer experience, as I have always appreciated the quality and warmth of...
Read moreMy husband went to Jared Jewelers on Saturday to buy me diamond earrings for Valentines Day, when I opened them the posts were bent and filthy dirty, so we returned then late Saturday afternoon. My husband was so upset because it was a Valentine’s Day gift (I was livid, beyond upset, especially when I found out what he paid for a 1 1/2 total carat weight for these disgusting diamond earrings.) So on Monday February 13th I went to J.C. Jewelers on Cypress Garden Blvd. about 11:00am, explained what happened with the Jared diamond earrings. Within minutes the sales associate started pulling Princess Cut diamond rings from the display comparing the diamonds to put in earring settings for me, she must have had 9 rings comparing the color, carat and weight of the stones. She replied none of these stones match perfectly for a set of earrings. I started to worry. Within minutes she contacted her diamond broker in California told them what she wanted in the diamonds. Not kidding 2 minutes later she showed me a video of the 2 diamonds that were perfect. I said YES absolutely gorgeous. She said they will be here later today and they would put them in the earring settings and I could pick them up tomorrow. I was a little nervous and scared that they would not be ready the next day. This morning at 10:38am my phone rang and it was J.C. Jewelers telling me my earrings are in and the broker had already put the diamonds in gold settings for me. My husband and myself arrived at the Jewelers, when I opened the box I could feel my eyes filling with tears, I LOVE THEM, ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, and I have a total of 2 carats ( 1 carat each earring) for the same price that Jared charged for 1 1/2 Carats. J.C. Jewelers is the reason I had a GREAT Valentine’s Day. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a beautiful pair of diamond earrings from my husband on Valentine’s Day. To anyone looking for that special gift please go to J.C. Jewelers I promise you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to all of the employees for your hard work and dedication, because of all of you I had an amazing day. You are all truly angels. Thank...
Read moreMy husband and I had our wedding rings made here last year and were thrilled with the quality of the rings and the customers service at the time. We incorporated an inlay of elk ivory from my husband's first trophy elk into both our designs. At the time of designing the ring, my husband was informed that over the lifetime of the ring the inlay of ivory may break and need to be replaced, but that it would at most happen once or twice. After wearing my ring for less than a year, the elk ivory broke and feel out of the ring. No significant damage or accident caused this to happen. We took the ring in to have the ivory replaced. At that time, we were informed that this was very common and with normal wear would happen probably once a year for the life of the ring. We were charged for both the labor and the replacement ivory. The repair took close to a month, which is very frustrating if in fact this is going to happen every year. I am very disappointed in this change in tune concerning the durability of the inlay of the elk ivory because we would not have go that route if that was disclosed at the...
