We walked by around 5:30pm, liked the menu posted outside and wandered in. There we were quickly greeted and seated. It was early, so it wasn't yet very crowded. We ordered the house margarita, the goat chees salad and a buffalo chicken sandwich. The margarita was very tasty, and included agave syrup and huckleberry. And I could taste the tequila, which to me indicated it was not a light pour. The meal arrived promptly. My wife like the salad a lot. The chicken was perfectly grilled, and the goat cheese was delicious (that's what she said). I really enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich, which included fries on the side. It was really good, with a very thick chicken breast deep fried to perfection, covered in a generous amount of buffalo sauce that was the perfect level of heat. The fries were good, crispy and hot. We spoke to the manager, who was very friendly. The place was spotless, with new furnishings that were really attractive, from the copper-covered bar to the new tables and chair to the very tasteful lighting fixtures. We highly recommend this place - which did not come up when searching on restaurants in Jackson, WY. We did find it for review purposes when we searched on "Roosevelt". HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for quality food and service in a nice, new (just 4...

We made a reservation through OpenTable and had no issues—everything went smoothly. The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, so I was a bit concerned about potential delays, but our reservation was honored right on time.
We started with the wings and onion rings. The wings were flavorful and well-prepared, but the onion rings were under-seasoned, and the dipping sauces didn’t really stand out—they were somewhat unrecognizable in flavor.
For entrées, my wife had the cheese ravioli, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I tried it as well and agree—it had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. I ordered the NY strip wagyu steak with truffle fries, and it was excellent. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and both the meat and fries were well-seasoned and full of flavor.
My daughter had the roasted chicken, and she loved it—it was gone before I even finished my steak. My son opted for the fish and chips. Similar to the onion rings, the seasoning was lacking, which took away from the overall experience.
Despite a couple of misses on seasoning, the service and quality of the main dishes were strong. Overall, I would definitely recommend Roosevelt’s and would...
