WORST SERVICE, WORST MANAGER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I first purchased bra there, something wrong with hook. So, I had to go back and exchange the string. Had no problem at that time. Next week, I purchased another bra and got my size that I normally get. But Bra was too big on me. Something was wrong with the bra. So I had to go back there again to exchange. But this time they did not have the same color that I want. so I asked store credit or refund. but manager said that she can give me only $10 back since I don't have recipe and I paid nearly $40 for that bra . They have defective products so much that is not my fault. I think that's their fault that selling defective products. and why do I have to get either bra that I do not want or approximatly $30 loss? They just kept saying that's their policy. Who cares policy? I don't know your policy and I don't care!!!!!!!!!!! I just got defective product and I want my money back. that's all my want Manager just left on me while I complain. VERY VERY RUDE!! HAD ATTITUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And when I received my order I was so surprised that I didn’t receive my online order with a box, it is a very bad reputation of this BIG brand sending items without any box, just a transparent plastic bag which is a shame! This is unfortunately not the end of the terrible experience; yesterday evening (11/15) I went to Newport mall VS’s store in Jersey City and the store manager didn’t believe me to give 3 boxes without me showing the receipts, after I proved myself that I am not a liar(!) she only gave me 3 boxes without a bag, she said just because I didn’t buy from this store, she cannot give me the bag... I am not even talking the expectation from her to apologize me. I was so frustrated and I lost my loyalty to this brand, it is irritating me... To put it simple I will go to NYC Victoria Secret from now on. I do not go shopping to feel as if I am bothering you to replace my item. I could not try it on due to covid19.
