I found Anjay’s Designs on Etsy while searching for an engagement ring and immediately loved their unique designs. I wanted to customize one to make it even more personal, so I reached out and learned they operate out of their ring shop in Downtown LA, where they actually make the rings. It’s just 40 minutes from where I live, so I called to see if I could come by in person and look through their designs. They were so welcoming and said, “Absolutely!”

When I arrived, I met Anjay and his apprentice, Tony, and they couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. They spent over an hour with me working on their CAD program to help create the perfect design – one that captured how special my fiancée is to me. Their willingness to customize every aspect of the ring to fit my vision was beyond impressive.

The ring was ready in just a few weeks, and when I saw it, I was completely amazed by the quality and craftsmanship. The details were stunning, and when I proposed, my fiancée was blown away by how beautiful and unique the ring was.

I later realized I had ordered the wrong ring size, but Anjay quickly offered to resize it at no extra cost. And here’s where the customer service truly went above and beyond – Tony personally delivered the resized ring to me after his workday, ensuring we had it in time for a trip to see family in the Midwest.

Now, a year and a half into our marriage, my wife and I still marvel at how breathtaking her ring is. Anjay’s Designs didn’t just make a ring – they helped create a lasting symbol of our love. I worked with Tony to get my now-fiancé's ring customized with a colored stone and my experience was fantastic. The ring(s, wedding set) is beautiful and everything we had hoped it could be. I really appreciate how quickly he put together quality photos of their in-stock stones that fit my wants, after working with me to narrow down what I was looking for, and how willing and quick he was to take more or different photos under different light and on different backgrounds- which made a big difference for choosing a dark blue sapphire. Once we narrowed my choice down to 2 stones he sent me high-quality videos of each and of both together without my thinking to ask for them (which kinda sums up his customer service philosophy apparently) and he got the ball rolling right away as soon as I had finalized my picks. I recommend getting the pics and videos through email rather than texts, as my cell service had to compress the files and didn't do a clean job of it. Once I got the files via email, I realized he actually sent very high-res images that showed everything beautifully. Anyway, I'm beyond pleased with both my jewelry and my customer service experience....

I ordered two Unusual Celtic Band, Unique Wedding Band, 14Kt Yellow Gold Engagement Ring CT7546G and one Amazing Cherry Blossom Wedding Ring, 14kt White Gold Sakura Engagement Ring VD8189 from Anjays Designs March 17th.

I upgraded the vd8188 sapphire to a diamond. Anjays Designs was very accommodating with this change. Tony was excellent in expediting this order.

The waiting period was excruciating.

I texted Tony April 1st and was updated on the progress, informing me that it would be shipped out the 4th.

We knew that these rings were being custom made, but we were so anxious.

I called Tony April 7th and was informed that they were nearing completion of setting all the diamonds for the Sakura ring and that the rings would be polished and sent out immediately.

We received all three rings April 9th.

The rings are amazing. They are fabulous, gorgeous and the attention to detail is impeccable.

We highly recommend anyone looking for rings to visit Anjays Designs.

The waiting time during production was normal, but as a consumer wanting it now and getting things immediately, we had to come back to reality and realize that some things take a little time.
