The first photo is from November 2033 after I had done tape ins for about 2 months which completely destroyed and ripped out my already fragile hair. The second photo is from consistently wearing their extensions from November 2023 until May 2024. This photo was taken right before we reinstalled my extensions. The last photo is the most recent photo from August 2024 after we removed my extensions and Saule and I agreed that my progress is incredible. I wasn’t going to get any more extensions put in this time but decided to add a couple framing pieces just for a little extra volume in the front of my head.

Saule and the rest of the girls are so accommodating and never once tried to sell me on products, push me to add more extensions I wasn’t comfortable with, or any other “scheme” to make money that would ultimately damage my natural hair. Instead, with every installation, I was met with kindness and respect and looked forward to my appointments to see my progress. These girls know what they are doing. I went into this process almost one year ago feeling the worst I’ve ever felt about my hair and doubting that this type of extension not only could improve my confidence but could also strengthen and preserve my natural hair as well.

I am a total believer in their technique and application and will forever and always recommend them to everyone! These photos are proof that you can go from fine and thin hair to actually growing your natural hair with their extensions!

I would also like to add: I also completely revamped and invested in different hair products and followed the rules they gave me. Also, I never got more than one row of extensions because I didn’t want to add length I only wanted...

I unfortunately did not have a great experience. Got my hair done in November. Spent quite a bit of time talking about the fact that I had a blunt cut and fairly curly hair. I asked SEVERAL times if she would be able to properly blend it and look good which she assured me would not be a problem. I also told her I was willing to pay for whatever the amount of hair was that would make this work. She convinced me to go with a straighter hair type because I “style” my hair for work but it didn’t work. When she finished - under all of the lights and the fact that she straightened it about 15 times, It looked thin, but ok. There was someone else waiting for her, and I felt pressured to get out the door. The moment I stepped outside the salon, you could tell stringy and just looked absolutely horrible. Once I got home and took a shower - I straightened my hair and it didn’t blend at all. I let her know that I wasn’t happy and she said she would give me a refund if I came back to get them taken out. The problem is I live out of state and traveled for these extensions. It was a few days before Thanksgiving and it would’ve cost me more to stay in the city and get them taken out than the refund itself, even tho I paid a small fortune. I feel like I got hustled! I was extremely disappointed. She said she put in the amount of hair I said my budget would allow, but we never once talked about a budget - it was just me telling her to please use the proper amount of hair, that I would pay for it.
