Worst experience of my life. The doctor did not want to hear my problem, cutted 80% of my nail with no permission and send me back home without cleaning the remaining. When I asked which medicine should use to heal, he recommended a 900 dollars cream and could not help with anything else. He made me nervous through the whole process (mentioning my case was disgusting), never used gloves or masks and also treat his nurses insanely poorly. I visited this location back in January to see Dr. Connolly and instead I saw Dr. Fanno who was very informative and explained in details my options. However, it is now mid April and I have not received a follow up call or email..NOTHING.. I called few weeks after my initial appointment and I got a generic response from a clueless receptionist. Dr Franno and his assistant are extremely professional and super nice. From the moment you check in you feel very welcomed. The office is located in midtown and easy to get too from public transportation.
