"Not sure why my review is deleted 4 times" I am posting it again to expose the fraud. They told me that they are sponsoring H1B and asked me to security deposit of $6000, they promised that in case of failed in lottery pickup, all my money will be refund back to me with in 2 months.

Unfortunately my file not picked up in lottery, and when I asked about my money company people started telling nonsense stories and excuses. Now a days they are totally avoiding my calls. They won't return my money and they won't file any H1B.

I have to mention about Birpartap, claims to be immigration head, A1 Fraud. Here is the things he will tell you on H1B processing.

1. The company is very big, and have lot of clients in east coast. The truth is, it is just a company and everything else is build up. After H1B collection period, you will see empty rooms with flies around.
2. Till now, they have only one application not picked in lottery or file is returned from USCIS. This is a big lie. USCIS Lottery system is not stupid, to select all the H1B applications filed by Veritas. Or, it could be true that they filed only 2 H1B application, and only one is picked. But this guy will talk about the later part, that only one application is not picked. Don't be tricked by his words.
3. He even gives you instalments to get money from you. More options to convince you to pay money.
4. The deposit amount varies from person to person, ranging from $6000-$12000. I was contacted by person from India, Mr Bir has called him and told that his profile is selected for a Job, only thing pending is Visa processing and asked to pay $12,000. Imagine how true is it, job ready here in US for a person in India, and that too on H1B in this job market.
5. The attorney fee will not be deducted and the whole deposit amount will be refunded back. Why would any one wants to bear the attorney expenses for the returned applications? The truth is, they will never ever return any amount and so he can say anything he wants to.
6. He will show you a refund application form, that the deposit will be refunded. Think this, can you print the currency on your own and use it? The refund application form he shows has no value. It is a trick to make you believe that the money will be refunded.
7. India Prime Minister, Modi recent visit to USA is because Veritas sponsored the visiting visa for him. If you believe this, then you can believe all the statements/promises by Mr Bir.

The next step is you will get a chance to speak with Director of this great company. The Director speaks very professional but he is a biggest fraud and a low class person with no ethics. He will even show you a file returned from USCIS and will tell the same about the refund. You also expect the same from their staff, very well trained to lie easily, promising about placements, visa filing. Everything is fraud here.

They will call you repeatedly to deposit the money. Report to Department of Labor (Three One Two Three Five Three Eight One Zero Zero or LCA dot Chicago at dol dot gov) and Avoid their calls.

I am not gaining anything by writing this review, is an attempt to stop the fraud, and I don't want anyone victims, and should not be suffering.

Any one who was cheated by them, go directly to their NY office, tell all the story to other companies in the same building. Let them know their neighbor is a fraud.

Do NOT believe any good review here and don't believe any oral permit they said to you. They will have tons of excuses.

It is a Fraud company. They do have one or two job opening but they looking for a lot of people get training every month. People have to pay Thousands of Dollars for only 5 days training. After that, they will sand you some fake job information and keep you on hold.

Even though you think it is OK because at least it is a chance to get job. So you will keep asking them when you will get a job, in fact, they don't have any. After that the BIG cheating comes.

Most of the people they are looking for are F1 students with OPT. For those students they will need H1b Visa in the future or lose status . The company will ask a big amount of money called "deposit" around $10,000 to process the H1b application. However, NOT all the people will get the H1b application. They will ask more than 100 people for 'deposit' and they promise this amount will be returned after working for them one year or you did not get H1b from them.

People will pay this amount because it is just a "deposit", but actually they won't apply for all of those students. They will give you a fake LCA number or tell you just wait. Finally, those people who have not get H1b have to go back to their country, so how can they ask for money back? And this company never try to return those money. It is how they earn.

Over all you will pay about $10,000 and get nothing from them. Only about 10% people if you have relationship from them will get support from them.

DO NOT pay anything if you don't have a job from them, and it is not possible to apply H1b without a job!!!!!!!!!!! Do not wasting time on them try to find another agency...

Completely unprofessional! I was promised my final payment of refund last year and I am still waiting on it. Have emailed everyone and got no response and Sameer who was my contact for refund who has been giving me excuses for months now and have completely avoided my calls texts and emails today he tells me he will send people to beat me up when I was adamant about getting my refund. Pathetic! For all the good reviews as most of them already pointed out it’s all internal to attract business and these happy employees have no record anywhere on this face of earth. Mr.Ricky, Mr.Singh, Linda, Sameer (no one gives their last name nor can you find them on any professional platforms apart from the one who gives his Zelle account to transfer initial money) the accounts and legal team apart from all the regular people you end up talking while getting scammed are all in till you pay for services and they would disappear, avoid or ignore. They cannot share your documents even though you had your H1B picked, they will be ready to hire or show you an internal employee but can’t send you for stamping, makes you think if they even applied for your visa.
