Being an senior, I’ve had a tough time with technology. I am SO happy to have found NEDES. The compassion they showed me by taking the time to patiently listen to me try and explain my problem, made me reminisce long ago when businesses cared about each and every customer. Thank you and your lovely staff. I will be coming back and telling everyone I know about you. I wish more shops today were so competent and personable. Thank you so much. You made my day. Terrible, they have been closed for a couple of months with no way to get ahold of them. They have a radio i took in for repair on October 1st and i would like if back fixed as we talked about i paid $75.00 in advance for them to trouble shoot and to go ahead and fix. It's frustrating i call a few times a week, can't even leave a message and go in person a few times a week store is locked up tight. Next thing to do is the BBB or some sort of...

Daniel and Kaelin are amazing. They had the problem diagnosed and my phone up and running literally within minutes. Then, when I inadvertently left something on their counter when I exited, they called me to let me know where it was, AND stayed there until I cod return to retrieve it. I cannot say enough good things about these...
