My family and I have been frequent customers at the Buckle for a long time. We have known Steve for years and usually have nothing short of a great experience when we come in to shop. Unfortunately, today was not the most pleasant experience. My mom brought me in for some retail therapy and I was looking forward to shopping, as well as being helped by your wonderful employees. Instead, I was greeted by one of your employees talking badly about me to other employees and pointing at me like my mom and I didn’t notice. This employee barely knows me and should keep her opinions to herself and be professional while at work. It honestly really upset me and ruined my experience today. Absolutely terrible. I came in to order some shoes, after my order was completed and orders for delivery I realized Monica had ordered the wrong shoe. I went back to the counter to show her and she insisted it was the right shoe and told me to wait until it was delivered and if it was wrong to bring it back and return it. It was wrong, and I knew it was wrong from the beginning. I don’t understand why she wasn’t able to cancel the order less than a minute after it was placed and why she insisted they were the right shoe when I know exactly what I’m looking for. She verbally confirmed they were the correct shoe, flashed her computer screen to show me, ordered them, and when I realized it was wrong wouldn’t cancel the order stating I can come back and return them later. So I love the buckle always have all my jeans come from buckle also love the manager he's always awesome! However I have been in there to many times and had poor experiences with a couple different women in there. Today was the final straw I don't usually post reviews but it needs to be said again. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store. My assumption is because I appear to be a chubby tomboy they assume I don't have money also you probably shouldn't assume because om chubby I wear high rise jeans and then act shocked when i say i wear lowrise to midrise.
