Kohl's — Local services in Twin Falls

I was told that If I applied for a Kohl's Capital One Credit card I would get a discount, which I did get. But, I asked can I only use this credit card at Kohl's? I was reassured that is was a legitimate Capital One credit card and could be used anywhere, because it was technically a Capital One card. I was trying all afternoon to use it as such only to find out the employee lied to my face to get their commission or what ever they get for getting people to sign up (which I know they get something because the 2 tellers had a little celebration after I signed up). I called customer support to find out WFT and was given excuse after excuse. I demanded they log a complaint against the employee. They claim they don't have the record of the employee who signed me up. So, I said log a complaint against the store because my credit score went down because they ran my credit and I don't shop at Kohl's enough to need a line of credit for one store. Customer service told me he can't log a complaint on his end (which is complete BS) he'll make a note of it. Then he reprimanded me for using "Offensive language". Yeah I'm pissed!!! His only solution was to run my credit again to get the Kohl's VISA. I will be contacting...

Unbelievably not prepared to be open. Went in looking for a piece of jewelry and some shorts just available that day. Jewelry counter had no employee available and no one knew where the shorts were. Finally found the shorts but all they had on their first day of sale was about 8 pair of which all were huge. Had plenty of employees walking around, on the phone or on a break. Also had an issue with billing address vs physical address but they had no idea how to correct it. Their answer to everything is "Go online". We left...

I had no idea you can now return Amazon items to Kohl's.. They'll ship it back to Amazon for free even without the packaging etc.. for you! Such a nice easy feature.. Plus you get a 15% off coupon to use at Kohl's afterwards.. So of course I had to get some Christmas clearance home decor 😊 The only downside at Kohl's is that if it's not on Sale..
