Worst productive crew I’ve ever encountered at a food establishment, I waited in line for roughly 15 minutes to place my order, i than stood around for roughly 20-25 minutes to get my order, 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 large frys.. when I got home I was astonished, (they forgot to put the Burger patty’s on the burgers!) literary just condiments… i immediately called the store and spoke to the manager Gabe who told me to bring it back in and that they would remake my order while I was on my way.
I rushed back to the store very spirited as they closed at 10 and it was already 9:45 I spoke to -Gabe the manage in person, he apologized and told me the cook was new* but also advised me I was 30-40 minutes out from them remaking my order.. when I asked if I could have a refund Gabe said “yes no problem” but that I would have to wait in line… I waited in line till after there closing time to get my money back which was a full line longer than the original I waited in to order the food..
Literarily a waste of time… how does this happen? 100%...
Read moreI had never been to a Five Guys before, but I knew it had a good reputation. When I heard we were getting one I was very much excited to visit the joint and see if it was worth the credit it was given; and let me say, it sure was. It has a very calm and family-friendly atmosphere (kids can post drawings on the wall for all to see) and has a generally pleasing feel to it. While waiting for the order, one can snack on the free peanuts that the restaurant provides. The menu is extensive, including not only burgers and fries, but hot dogs and grilled cheese as well. They also have a wide variety of drinks available. The kitchen is located directly behind the counter, so one can see their food being made. The food itself is the main reason to head on over. It is freshly made, tastes very good, and is a large step up compared to McDonald's or Burger King. Sadly, all good things must have some fault. Five Guy's? The prices. The food is much more expensive than other places, but the pros outweigh the cons, so I'd highly recommend...
Read moreIt baffles me that a restaurant has a manager in a restaurant of the Twin Falls community who thinks because she knows a little of my marriage with my husband that she gets to mistreat me as a customer in the store. When I come to by food I am still a customer and still deserve to be treated as such and I also think it’s absolutely inappropriate to be flirting with my husband the way you do and discuss with him your dating life and information you wouldn’t share with anyone else. Unethical behavior and very unprofessional and immature little Ms Alyssa. You as a single woman should not be having these types of conversations with married men. My married life isn’t any of your business and it’s highly unprofessional to think you can insert your opinions and talk negatively about someone you don’t even know. Know your place and treat every customer with respect regardless of whatever feelings or opinions...
