Old Navy — Local services in Twin Falls

Very disappointed!! I've been in this new store twice now, the first time, I had several items I wanted to purchase, they weren't busy at all, however the cashiers were so busy chatting with each other while waiting on the one customer in front of me that I finally put my stuff down and walked out. Yesterday I gave them another chance, again, not busy, lots of help in there, however the music was so loud I couldn't even hear the girl answer my question when I ask her. I bought one item and told her when checking out that the music was awful loud and I wasn't even able to shop, needed to make a phone call to check on a size and face time someone to show them items for a gift and they couldn't even hear me. The employee said there was nothing they can do about it, I said that's really too bad cuz I can't shop then, and I left. I'm telling you it was louder than I've ever heard in a store, another lady that was in there told me she was leaving cuz it was hurting her head and she had to almost yell at me!! What's up with that? I like music but seriously?? 5 minutes, that was all for me, I went to The Children's Place...
