It was extremely disappointing. I purchased a deal on Deal.com to celebrate my sister-in-laws 50th birthday. Booked a table for four @ 7pm. The tables and menus were greasy. The poor woman in charge was training two new staff members and was doing her best to serve us. However because of not having supportive staff made our experience pretty ordinary. The cocktails at first had to be returned and remade. The food was very ordinary, the chips were cold and some of the cutlery wasn't washed. Then around 8pm the DJ started setting up for the evening (I wasn't aware this was about to happen). He rudely was dragging electrical cords around our table while we were eating, banged a chair and stood on it to reach the cord for set up, against where I was sitting without apology. The speakers were directly in front of us, he then cranked the music so loud we were unable to talk to each other. So moved to another section of the bistro so we could eat our dinner. Clearly you knew you were going to kick them out as soon as you saw them BUT you waited til they bought drinks before making your decision. Another lot of proof that you are only interested in milking as much money from customers and do not care about the customer experience. If people attend on a Monday night you should be grateful you're getting business on a typically dead evening. I used to be a regular customer on Mondays, often putting up to $100 over the bar each night, but your poor response to negative feedback has caused me to speak with my wallet and go elsewhere for the last 9 months. Read moreMy friends and I had gone there for dinner and drinks this evening . We were sorely disappointed by the customer services . We ordered cocktails ( strawberry smash ) but it was straight orange juice . We kindly asked for a refund but was told that wasn’t an option . So we asked for one of the drinks to be exchanged for another . The second drink honestly was expired but we let it go . We also ordered mint Shisha shortly after but the mint flavour was non existent . We asked her to try it herself and when she did , she was aggressive and stated something was wrong with us . She started to wrap the Shisha up and asked for us to leave abruptly. At this point all we asked for was a new head for the Shisha and to forget about the food and drink we can over look that.
