Went in for a late lunch with family. Calamari was tasteless and rubbery and chips were dry. The crispy chicken burgers and sweet potato wedges were the highlight. Sweet chilli is served with the wedges but no option of sour cream which was slightly disappointing. The chicken and avo toastie was nice also but could have done with slightly more toasting. Overall we were happy with the meals. The service however, was quite disappointing. The server bring our drinks and food didn’t care to smile, talk or even look at us. He placed all the items on the table abruptly. He didn’t even care to pass the correct meals to us, just for us to figure it out ourselves. We also had asked for the table to be wiped down as it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous customers but he had no interest to do so, so we had to ask again to have it done by someone else.

We took a short rest here before continuing our shopping spree. Well situated opposite H&M and just outside of Myers. We were there around 3pm and there wasn't much crowd, surprisingly. Ordered an iced long black, latte and sweet potato fries to share with my mum. Drinks were ok, but wow the iced long black is so bitter! But it's fine as I prefer the dark roast. The sweet potato was quite good; crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The portion was generous too and we couldn't finish the entire plate ourselves. it's quite a nice, spacious coffee place that is the nearest to us. Drop by if you're in the area!

Had OK omlettes with very hard pieces of bacon as one of the ingredients. Most of our time there was pretty well ruined by the young woman first wiping down the tables around us, then coming back again to noisily bang and drag around the tables and chairs with the broom and plastic pan. Now the third round has started with the mop. So now the floor is a bit of a slip hazard and we were trying to eat with dirty water being mopped near us! 😅 She was a good cleaner, but maybe not near people. 🤔 Don't recommend if you want to have a discussion or somewhere quiet to eat.

I am a regular customer of The Coffee Club in Australia. It's one of my go-to places and has never disappointed in terms of service or food in Brisbane or Sydney. But the service in this one in Perth was so disgraceful that I almost wanted to either speak to the manager or just leave the place soon. Well, I chose the latter to remain peaceful on a beautiful day and not spoil my day further. It was one of the attendants (she had braided hair, couldn't catch her name) who was so rude with her gestures to me. When the table was being assigned to me and I requested to have it cleaned as I could see food waste on the table from quite a far off distance, she said she would clean it for me. I sat and waited for 5 mins, she didn't arrive. I asked a 2nd attendant who cleaned the table very politely. My coffee arrived and I figured I needed sugar and asked this 2nd attendant for one and she again very politely handed one to me. Meanwhile, this lady of concern got me someone else's order and without uttering a word (for assurance of the order) she started to put it on my table and made an unpleasant face when I told her it's not my order!! She again without saying a word picked up the plates and went away. When she finally brought my order she literally dumped it on my table and said - "this is right one?" I still said thank you to her but she just went away in attitude. I had been watching her being all nice, polite and smiling towards all other customers (Australian's) but not me. I was still okay with it until I figured I needed more sugar and requested her if I can have one, to which she simply showed me the way towards finding it on the counter!! I am not sure if someone who is having their food is expected to get up in the middle and do "self service" especially when the nature of the cafe is NOT self service! It's not typical of Coffee Club. When she said so I asked the same 2nd attendant for sugar and again she very politely and kindly handed me over. While she was bringing me the sugar this lady again told me - "sugar is there!", showing me the way towards it and then also whispered something to this 2nd lady to which the 2nd lady ofcourse did not react and still got me the sugar. I really cannot understand what the reason was for this DISCRIMINATION from her side but this is the first time I have had such an experience so far in Australia. I would request the management to look into the behavior of their staff, especially this lady. She should be warned to be respectful to everyone irrespective of their nationality. Being respectful and kind is more important than the never-ending list of food items on...

went there today for brunch and never again, not really like any of the other coffee clubs, coffee was way too strong. food was average at best, chicken annd bacon wrap i am still wondering what happened to the bacon at best it could have fitted into a small teaspoon, we had a whinge to the waiter (russian or polish) but english was not too good and i dont think the lad understood. we go to garden city , success, claremont, murdoch and bunbury and no real problems, (apart from fremantle now closed) and its more expensive than the above outlets we wont be going back there again coffee club management please note . this outlet is not doing your name any...
