Atmosphere Cafe Pub — Restaurant in Prague

Our family spent a week in Prague and I am so sad that our last meal was at this place. The service was not great, I think the server was very impatient. The food is very simple, no much seasoning, maybe good enough if you are having some drinks which was not our case. During our stay in Prague, ALL and I repeat ALL the servers were great and always asked if we wanted to add a tip, to which we agreed considering the great level of service we received. At this place when the waitress processed the payment, she proceeded to add 10% tip WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST. We are a party of 4 so the “rule” of automatically applying service charge to big parties didn’t apply. As soon as I realized what happened I confronted the waitress and made sure she knew I was aware of what she did and that she should have asked first. It is the first time I have to deal with a situation like this, I felt very uncomfortable and that I was taken advantage of. This is my opinion based on MY experience I hope other people have a better time when going to Cafe Pub Atmosphere. This one star is given to one of the rude and unfriendly staff in the bar, we went there this evening about 9pm on 20th June, the staff who is a short fat lady with a tied up blond hairs working on the side of the bar closer to the entrance is not polite at all, she is a waitress and also a bartender on that side. It was a rainy evening that we found this place with quite good reviews on Google map, went into the place and ask if there's any table, she looked annoyed and said that she is busy unpolitedly, FINE, we waited, but after she done with ordering, she JUST LEFT without even looking at us AT ALL! If it were a good weather evening, we would have left definitely ! If you've had some pints and feel like having salty crisps be careful at this place. They don't do any plastic packs you'd get at other places, instead you'll be offered Home Made Chips. That might be perfectly fine at other places but not here. They get you pay through the nose for half not finished / half burned stuff. Yes, unfortunately, it's no mistake, it's on purpose. Your mistake is to assume that just something went wrong and trying to pick some good pieces out of the bowl. Please, think twice - half not finished, half burned.
