I was very disappointed with my experience at the bar in question. During my visit, the bartender tried to convince me that the price would increase by 10% if I paid with a credit card, which left me feeling confused. Later on, I found out that this was not true and the bartender (his name I think it was Frøcïø) had attempted to make me pay more for my purchase.

Furthermore, the bartender's behavior was very unprofessional. He made offensive comments about my nationality to other customers in the bar, making fun of me in a very unpleasant way. This behavior was completely unacceptable and I never would have expected to be treated this way in a public place.

I expect professionals in the food and beverage industry to be attentive to customers' needs and to treat them with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the bar in question. I hope that the owner takes steps to ensure that this does not happen again in the future and that customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

P.S. Furthermore, I would like to highlight that the bartender also charged us for two Coca-Colas that we did not order, claiming that they were used to make Cuba libres, despite us only ordering rum. When we refused to pay for them, he threatened to call his Serbian friends if we didn't comply. This incident only added to our disappointment with the service we received at this establishment. Thank god my friends were with me or it would have been a very unpleasant moment of my life ! Let's start with the beer, I wanted desperately an amber beer so I blindly ordered a pint of Demon : first mistake. This beer had no taste, no flavour, no spices nothing ! It was just a bitter water. Then, because I love my french culture I chose the Pickled Camembert : second mistake. I thought it would be warm but it's on me, I should have asked more information about this meal, my bad... However this "Camembert" tasted more like fuel than anything else... Only three slice of bread were brought with this and please, next time, toast them so I don't get the feeling to swallow some tree foam... at least the 3 vegetables that went along were fine. Last thing I ordered was a Side of French Fries : last mistake. Don't expect to eat real french fries, unless your french fries comes out of the freezer. The icing on the cake with these fries was the napkin to clean my finger that was put under the fries ! What a BRILLIANT idea ! I can now clean my fingers with an oily towel... However, waiters and...

I had an excellent experience at the Tap House Beer Museum in Prague. The place offers a fantastic selection of beers, served by people who truly understand and appreciate good beer. The bartender suggested I start with a tasting flight of five beers — which was great — though there were even larger tasting options available. After that, I also tried some regional beers, which were absolutely fantastic. But the real highlight of the visit was the service. The bartender was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I was particularly impressed when a customer, who clearly didn’t know much about beer, complained that the IPA tasted “strange.” The bartender handled the situation very gracefully, kindly explaining without making the customer feel uncomfortable. And for the record — the IPA was not strange at all; I believe the customer simply didn’t understand the many variations of IPA styles. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague and looking to explore excellent Czech beers with great guidance and...
