I would say a very good meat and the bun, really good. But this experience is spoiled by the fact that you cannot customize your burger. So I got bacon cheddar burger and it did not have lettuce neither a tomato and I could not add raw onion or a tomato. Then the burger overall felt too oily. I assume if there was lettuce/tomato and raw onion it would not taste that way for me. Also a mayo in a burger is not a usual thing. The fries were definitely too oily plus the mayo as the side did not really help. And no blue cheese dip option.

I was talking about it with the waiter and they have the reasons why it is like that.

Overall, I believe if they allowed the customization and I could have this great meat and the bun with some veggies and blue cheese it would be a much greater experience for me. On the other hand the price is very good and if their fixed offer fits your taste I would say it is definitely...

Ive been to this place many times. Every time delicious burger, nice service and the place is comfy. But what made me angry last time, was the attitude of the chef. I am not a vegetarian. Even I were for some time so I know their situation (dish selection is usually very limited), but some of my friends are now. I really dont understand your point of view about not having meat burgers on the list even though halloumi or portobello burgers are quite popular.

However, what made us leave was the moment when the waitress said that there is no chance that she`ll bring the burger without meat or even with the meat separately served on the plate. Those restrictions, which are probably based on your conviction, are these days at least unfriendly and disrespectful.

The burger itself was, at best, mediocre, heavily laden with burger sauce and onions, with the beef patties notably lacking in distinct flavor and overall seasoning. Service was rather slow, as we experienced a wait of approximately 40 minutes for two burgers. I would like to commend the young female waitress who efficiently and courteously resolved an issue with our food by readily replacing my mother's burger.
