My friend ordered a glass of wine for CZK 79 according to a price shield (not really cheap already). When she was paying it she was told they just elevated the prices and haven't had time to rewrite it. She didn't want to argue and bought it for CZK 85. I couldn't believe it so I went inside (it's a self service) and ordered a lemonade. As I wanted to pay they asked me for a higher price than the one which was declared. I refused to pay it and thought the staff would admit that this is not the way a customer should be treated. No chance. So I went out without buying anything sat in the garden and watched my friend drinking her expensive wine. At least I was not thrown out. When ordering coffees, we asked if they could clean the table which just vacated and the lady responded that they will take the cups when they bring us our order. She indeed took the dirty cups after she placed our order on the dirty table. The full ashtray was left standing (!), she didn't clean the table even with a rug, not talking about desinfectant spray, which for me is a must in between seated customers! Also the stuff was repeatedly spotted bringing orders to the tables without wearing a mask,...
