Sushi Oishi — Restaurant in Prague

We took all-you-can-eat buffet during the lunch time. The Tempura, dumplings and sushi are authentic and delicious, and I think the taste is worthy for the price even if it is a bit expensive. However, the waiter will „decide“ how many portion you should have by himself, for example, we ordered 3x2 Salmon Nigiri and expected 6 Salmon Nigiri, but they just delivered 2 Nigiri. When we ordered 1 maki-rolls and they sent us 8 of them. Overall the food are good, but the service with this kind of controlling System is disappointing. They could have informed you in advance, or just not calling themselves as „All-you-can-eat“ but...

It’s becoming very common that everyone in Prague speaks only English, which makes it difficult to recommend places, as for example, I would not suggest my parents to go there. The sushi was average, maki very unstable breaking down very quickly, also the portion quite small :) but I have to say the salmon I had tasted good. Very cheap soy sauce not suitable for sushi, ginger fine, wasabi also ok, at least it did not have the yellow tint. Quite quick service, which I guess was appreciated but I will be not coming back. I actually went because I tried their other location and the sushi there...

We ordered all you can eat for two which is 599kc per Person. The all you can eat offer does not only include many really tasty sushi variations but also some warm starters like edamame or dumplings. Since there were many customers as well as take away orders at the time of our visit, the preparation of our order took a bit of time, but since we ordered many different and more complex sushi variations it was no wonder it took longer to prepare. The staff was super friendly and even gave us a drink for free to apologize for the longer waiting times. All in all a very pleasant...
